Highly recommend this clinic! Front staff is extremely friendly and helpful with making billing and payments easy for patients. The physio that works with me Akshay is incredibly knowledgeable and caters towards patients well. Listens to my concerns and addresses them during each visit with a personalized treatment plan. Akshay is very friendly and adapts well to patient needs and I have seen immense progress over my months with him. My chiropractor Marina utilizes a variety of treatments to help with my back pain issues and have seen results immediately. She is very helpful and kind with the way she approaches patients which helps provide great service. The clinic is also very clean and follows proper cleanliness protocols. Would recommend everyone to give this place a try!

My husband and I tried Runway Health’s massage for the first time. I had Ted. As it was my first time, he did a full body massage. It was great. He was able to pinpoint the tense muscles and work them out. He also showed me some exercises to do for my stiff neck muscles. I look forward to my next treatment with Ted. Highly recommend.

I received massage therapy from Ted twice, and it has made a big difference. Because I use the computer a lot and spend long hours sitting, I had severe muscle tension in my shoulders, wrists, and back—so much that it sometimes caused headaches. After Ted’s massage, my body felt much lighter, my headaches disappeared, and even the swelling went down. I was also able to sleep deeply on the days I got the massage, which made my whole week much easier. Ted was very kind and made the whole experience comfortable. The receptionists were also very friendly and welcoming. I plan to continue receiving regular treatments!

I had a great acupuncture session at Runway Health back in November. The practitioner was professional and attentive to my needs. It was exactly what I needed to reset. Highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for quality care!

An amazing experience from start to finish. The online portal was easy to navigate and book an appointment. When I arrived the reception was friendly and the masseuse was on time. She communicated well and helped me navigate my first experience with an RMT. Insurance being direct billed was important for me and they were able to verify it before the start of my appointment. Great experience. Immediately booked another appointment the following week. Looking forward to bringing family and friends to this location!

RUNWAY Health is the best in markham,the staff is beyond.Dr.T & Kenneth are gr8...I had 17 sessions,and approx 4 weeks ago I stopped...My disappointment is that not one person did a follow up... TO SAY HI IVAN HOW ARE YOU..DID THE TREATMENTS WORK..CAN WE DO MORE TO IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF LIFE ETC.ETC.VERY SURPRISED I.THOUGH THAT IT WAS SOMETHING ESTABLISHMENT DO.. Runway Health is excellent! The staff are friendly and professional, and they really helped reduce my back pain. The clinic is clean, organized, and they explain treatments clearly. Highly recommend!

My first time to Runway and I had a great experience. The desk staff were super friendly and my RMT (Brenda) was awesome. One of the best massages I have had for a while!

I went to Runway Health for the first time today, for my massage appointment with Lawrence. It was excellent. The clinic is in a great location. Unlike lots of massage places that make you wait past your appointment time, they are very punctual. And Lawrence was very professional, able to deliver both a relaxation massage, as well as address a shoulder injury that I have. I'd highly recommend Runway Health!

Had an 80 minute massage with Kenneth and the infrared sauna session. One of the best deep pressure massages I've had. He listened and adjusted the pressure when needed. Had a nice convo as well. Important to me as well, he didnt short me on massage time even though we started a few minutes late. An infrared sauna is something I havent even heard of before. Such an interesting experience! An additional plus, they had some really nice refreshments in the waiting area. I had a green tea, but there was hot chocolate, sparkling water and coffee as well.
