I've been practicing yoga on my own for a few years and have been diving deeper into my practice within the last year and a half. I have always wanted to practice outside of just myself with a community of yogis without the hassle of a yoga membership. That is why I enjoy coming to Runyon to practice yoga. Not only because I get to practice in the community, but also because the yogi teachers are legit. They pay attention to the class as a whole to set a flow that is easily modified for each individual. I mainly attend the MWF classes or T-Th classes. The classes are by a no-pressure donation based system, but have at least $5 on you. You will want to give something after your time on the mat.
