Russafa Youth Hostel

The hostel is located near the center so you can see the city's sights on foot. There is also a metro station nearby that connects the city center and the airport (unfortunately, it is not working due to the current situation). The room and bathroom were very clean. The hosts are very kind and willing to help. I recommend this hostel to everyone coming to Valencia.

Very nice hostel, close to the center. The owners are very polite and kind. The rooms are spaceous and clean. The bathrooms are private and tidy. Overall a very pleasant stay.

THE HOTEL IS LOCATED NOT FAR FROM THE CENTRE OF THE CITY IN A LIVELY DISTRICT WITH A LOT OF CAFES, RESTAURANTS, STORES, ETC. And it tkes some 10-15 minutes to get to the Joaquin Sorolla railway terminal by taxi. The personnel of the hostel is excellent. Very helpful, polite, nice people ready to make the stay at the hostel very convenient and pleasant. When we left the hostel they not only ordered a taxi but helped us with the luggage, Wonderful service! The room was spacious, beds comfortable, everything clean. Bathroom and kitchen were well eqipped and also very clean. It was quiet, no noize, even the churche ckock and bells did not chime after dark. as I HAVE MENTIONED, everything was clean, nice bed cloth, shining bath. Really good. Personnel is extremely good, polite, professional and helpful. We are grateful to them. It is a pleasure to stay at a hotel with such nice people welcoming the guests and doing so much to help them. Thanks again! everything was good. We liked this place.

Price performance was good. The location is very good because you can visit from this place all the city by foot. The rooms are clean. We spent 7 days and in these days they changed only 1 thime the towels and also it could be cleaner in the restrooms/ toilets. This would be the negative point for taking a star. What was annoying was the noise... there is a terrace in front of the window and they are open till 00:00 so you can not go faster to sleep. Our bad luck was that in the morning at 8:00 AM they started also to hammer and renovate nearby so we could not sleep longer from Monday till Saturday due to the noise.

Great service! The manager is very friendly and talkative but without being nosy. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect if you like to grab a bite at night or get some fresh food in the morning from the markets. They also have a fridge for you to store your fresh food which is also great if you are on a budget. The entrance is a little bit hard to find but you still definitely find it because it has a huge sign with the name of the hostel.

I will start to talk about the service, the rate they got it is because the service, very helpful and friendly. The hostel is not the best I have stayed but people were in the hostel were nice, the breakfast was included and it was good. The first floor, when my room was, the smell wasn’t nice when you Enter but the room and the bathroom was fine. Another disadvantage was 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms and in the morning was busy, even just to pee. For the structure the price was expensive but for the atmosphere and service make it worth. I’m pleased to stayed in this hostel. After check out they offered to keep the luggage and made the bathroom available to take a shower, if needed. Location was fine, easy to go to Old town and also to Museum and Oceonografic.

Russafa was without doubt the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I have to start with the owner, who is just so attentive and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are big. I had a really good sleep. The breakfast was great. The location is excellent - you can get basically anywhere on foot. I hope I'll have a chance to stay here again.
