He responded almost immediately when I reached out hoping to speak with him about designing some custom pool furniture, and he was polite, friendly, responsive and incredibly excited throughout the project. We appreciated his design expertise, and his amazing attention to detail. The pieces came out absolutely beautiful in every way, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Ash was AMAZING!!!! We wanted a custom cabana and loungers and Ash exceeded expectations from any outdoor furniture company. The look, cost, functionality, and quality was unrivaled. Sometimes people think “custom” will be too pricey, but Ash makes it possible.

My wife and I walked into Rustic Home and instantly was drawn to all the beautiful wood furniture they had. We purchased three wooden tables that were customized to our specific needs. We have designed our house to center around these pieces. Ash was very helpful at answering our questions and helping us get the table that is right for us. All we can say is AWESOME! Ran the row of furniture stores. Saw the particleboard, kit dinning room sets. We then remembered a little store Rustic Home. Took a chance and our life was changed. So many possibilities. Such great quality. The lost art of customer service and one word, Ash! He asked what we were looking for, he listened, he showed, he discussed, and he offered to make us what we needed. Make us what we needed in less time than the other stores that we would have had to settle. On arrival, words can’t say how great it is.
