We needed a specific sized console and after seeing all the new options from various popular furniture stores, we decided to go see Ash and look at what he had to offer. We ended up ordering a solid white oak custom console that we absolutely love. The piece is solid wood and the craftsmanship is amazing. We collaborated on the exact size we needed and it exceeded our expectations. When picking it up we decided to order 8 custom dining room chairs. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a large live-edge slab table that could accommodate our big family and friends for dinners. Just look at this masterpiece—one solid slab! It’s absolutely stunning. I needed a dresser and stumbled onto this place on furniture row is San Marcos. I am deeply anti-MDF and wanted a true, fully wood piece. I found this shop to be brimming with authentic wood pieces that are unique and fully customizable to your taste and aesthetic. Ash was wonderful. I found a piece that was lovely, but lacked the whitewash finish I was going for. Ash customized the piece and it came out fantastic. Two weeks later, again, I was looking for a complementary piece to the dresser for my bedroom and again Ash accommodated me in whitewashing the piece. I recommend this place highly! You will not be disappointed.

He also helped us handpick elegant brass chains, a matching cushion, and even designed a beautiful custom teak coffee table to complete the set. Ashwanni uncle managed the entire design and construction process seamlessly, coordinating with artisans in India and ensuring the finished pieces were shipped promptly to arrive at our home on time. His professionalism and dedication to meeting our needs were truly remarkable. The final result exceeded our expectations--it was absolutely spectacular! I had been to the Rustic Furniture showroom several times. I spoke with Ash. He is so kind. I brought my husband in to look at a dining room set. It was made of Mango Tree. We wanted Acacia Wood. Ash, said we can custom make it just the way you want. We needed all water based products. My husband has allergies. Ash said, of course we can do that. We ordered it and 3 weeks later it was ready! It was delivered today and we couldn't be happier. It's BEAUTIFUL!

SSV!!!! Service, Selection and VALUE. This was an amazing experience for me to find the ideal table for my new art studio. After just moving to a larger space, I wanted to complement the ceiling, find a special piece of furniture and Rustic Home surpassed my expectations! I viewed some tables top samples in their store after Rustic Home here on Yelp. In exactly one week, they assembled and delivered my new gorgeous table. They refined the edges, oiled the surfaces and added two thick single board legs. I was also impressed that they listened to what I needed and made it happen. It's a creative centerpiece of a busy oils and watercolor studio that will inspire my newest series and more through the years to come!!!!! :)

This store has hundreds of great pieces. Many with the old world look and most are beautiful solid wood pieces. Not the usual particle board poor quality pieces seen at most furniture stores. We have purchased furniture at Rustic Home and we had a custom TV unit made. The owner Ash is great and super friendly. You have to give this store a look.

I got the most incredible solid Mango wood dresser/storage cabinet at Rustic Home! The unique hand carved details are stunning--you will not find this anywhere else. Ash at Rustic Home went out of his way to add matching teal details to the cabinet so it would match the rug in my office. It's truly one of a kind! I don't think you can't get anything else like this for the quality and value out there. I highly recommend Rustic Home.

We popped into Rustic Homes to speak with them regarding having a table made for our new home. I had a model in mind for a popular retailer but didn't like that it wasn't made of real wood especially at the price point. Ash took pictures from me and was able to create a beautiful table for me. We are happy with the results.

I was remodeling a bathroom and was having a difficult time finding a floating vanity that would work in style, size, and color. I explained my requirements to Ash and he quoted a reasonable price and would do his best to meet my timetable for installation. Once I picked up the vanity, my contractor realized the vanity drawers were not shallow enough to bypass the plumbing, which had been installed before the vanity arrived. I contacted Ash and he told me to bring the drawers back and he had them modified right away. The entire experience was great and I am so pleased with the results.

The owner, Ash, is extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything in the store is real wood, made right in the back! I needed nightstands to match my dresser and they custom made these -- a perfect match! Pricing was extremely reasonable, especially considering the quality of these pieces. The owner and another employee also helped me bring the nightstands out to my car and wrapped them up for me to avoid any damage on my drive home. Ash is thorough, kind, and goes the extra mile to satisfy his customers. I will definitely be back!

After months of looking for an expandable dining table, a neighbor referred us to Rustic Home. I showed Ash a picture of the dining table I wanted and he was able to have it custom made to look just like the photo. The pricing was reasonable and we got the table in about 10 weeks. The table is beautiful, solid and well made. The extensions plug into either end, giving you multiple table length options. We couldn't find a piece big enough anywhere, but Ash was able to build us a gorgeous custom piece. We waited FOREVER because of the slow downs at the ports due to COVID but it was worth the wait. Ash was in constant communication with us giving updates during the waiting period. I can't say enough good things about this place and the owner.

I searched high and low for a custom furniture builder in southern ca. I found Rustic Home. What a disaster !!. Ashawani gave me a quote and a 10-12 week lead time for the furniture as it is all made in India. After 6 months and countless false delivery dates it arrived. I was told I would have to come down and pick out the stain. When I arrived I was told it was already stained and varnished and that " I would love it". I did not. I wanted it to match my Dark walnut decor. I reluctantly took the Kitchen Table,Chairs,Beverage cart as well as three living room tables. All made of Mango. After a months I had broken two of the six chairs due to poor construction. I had told Ash i needed replacement chairs. He said he would fix it. A month later chair#3 broke. Ash told me he would have all 6 chairs built better than before. This was in january of 2023. I have still not heard back from Ash on the delivery date on the replacement chairs. The man is full of false promises and Lies. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Ash at Rustic home for the last few years. I have always been very happy with the service that I have received. I recently asked him to make some stuff for me. I had 2 end tables made and a wine rack they all turned out awesome. I just got done redoing my bathroom and I could not find a vanity that I liked so I asked Ash if he could build one for me. I gave him the dimensions and they got it done it fit the space great and looks fantastic. So far I have around 11 different pieces ( counting vanity I had it built in 3 pieces) only 4 were off the floor everything else they made. He also made the frames for the mirrors for over the vanity so that it would match the vanity. I would not hesitate to buy anything from Rustic Home again. If you don't see what you want on the floor they can build it for you. Ash is a great to deal with and the prices are good.

Ashley, Mor, Ethan Allen and we just didn't see anything that we loved. We happened into Rustic Home and we immediately felt at home.
