We loved our King Cabin with a sleeper sofa for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great bed, shower, pillows and nice porch with Adirondack chairs towards the hills. Breakfast was excellent though a bit crowded - wish they had better coffee choice! However, service was completely disengaged and this is a hotel and not a resort - hence, resort fees are inappropriate. The hotel may have great amenities, but none of them were explained to us and the team did not care about guests feeling at home. Pls train your staff and make them explain your extras which I paid for. The only explanation I received was were to park and were our room was - quite disappointing.

Spend a little time relaxing among the beautiful surroundings of Rustic Inn. Easy to get to right off main road just before the business of the city. Rustic Inn is close enough to walk city but free convenient shuttle is available throughout the day.|Take a morning walk around the nature path and listen to the birds chirp while resting in the comfortable red Adirondack chairs scattered throughout. The bubbling brook runs along the scenic cabins giving a picturesque setting. |A complimentary buffet style breakfast is available upstairs above the restaurant. Generous amount of scrambled eggs, potatoes, meats, breads , fruits and cereal for your choosing. |Rooms are comfortable and large, no disappointment here. Large queen size beds with fluffy pillows. Bathroom area separate from shower area making convenient for getting ready. Direct TV channels on TV. Coffee station in room with Starbucks kcups. Hairdryer and clothes steamer in rooms. Rustic inn provides cozy bath robes in each room that ups the charm of this fantastic facility. |Staff is friendly and plentiful. No shortage on service ready personnel. |If you are looking for a relaxing and scenic stay this is a must.

Jackson Hole is known for its skiing. Hence why I had zero interest in visiting. I value my life a little bit. However, it seems this town has seen a renaissance. Good places to shop and excellent places to eat. It's a hip little town. Anyway, The Rustic Inn has to one of the cutest places I've stayed. Pricey, but worth it. Don't let the "cabins" fool you. You walk in and it's beautiful. Trout streams running through the property, gas fire pits to sit around and hang with other guests, wooden bench swings on the banks of the trout stream and the property is immaculate. Staff are really pleasant and a 4 block walk into town. I highly recommend.

We love coming to Jackson and have always wanted to stay here… we finally got the opportunity and it was fantastic. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Love the creek running through the property! The room was spacious and clean and they have a shuttle that runs into downtown. Will definitely return on our next trip to Jackson!

My wife and I ended our Yellowstone vacation in Jackson and spent a couple of extra days at the Rustic Inn. We had been there once before a few years ago and we are happy to report that The Rustic In is the absolute best place to stay in Jackson, in our opinion. The grounds and facilities are impeccably maintained and the staff are always friendly and helpful as well. Being able to step out of your cabin/room and take in the lush grounds instead of some other commercial space is very relaxing. Being at “the edge of town” it is still within walking distance of most everything in the Jackson square area. And if you don’t feel like walking they have a free shuttle service that is clean, prompt, and always has a good driver. We recommend the Rustic Inn to anyone who tells us they are going to Jackson Hole.

We had a king suite with sofa bed for the three of us. The room was cozy and clean, had a fireplace, all the amenities (a/c, fridge, great coffee maker, safe, USBs), and, this particular upstairs cabin, a nice porch for stargazing and chatting by Flat Creek. The restroom was spacious, and, the provided spa products, relaxing. The Inn's grounds are well kept and have fire-pits, nature walks, and a wigwam, and would be a great place for any event. We were most impressed with the folks working here; from the restaurant to the front desk, right up to the manager who did us a solid we will never forget. Cannot wait to get back. We stayed in summer, but must see it in fall and winter, now!

The Rustic Inn is the absolute best place to stay in Jackson Hole. It had everything we were looking for, beautiful grounds, close to the town square, a private luxury cabin of our own with a cozy relaxing porch, and a shuttle bus. The breakfast was incredible with many options to choose from. Besides the gorgeous scenery, the staff of the Rustic Inn were so kind and attentive. Every person we encountered couldn’t have been nicer. We will definitely be back to the Rustic Inn on our next trip to Jackson Hole.

Google
We stayed at the rustic inn the first week of May and had an amazing time! We stayed in one of the king cabins and found it to be roomy, cozy, clean, and beautiful. The breakfast each morning was wonderful with great service making it feel more luxurious than your standard free hotel breakfast, and the daily housekeeping was wonderful and kept our room immaculate. We did a day at the spa and had great massages and enjoyed the extra amenities available at the spa, especially the steam room. The location of this resort is very ideal being walking distance into downtown and easy access to the parks without having to navigate any traffic. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
Rustic Inn Creekside Resort was a great getaway for my husband and I's first anniversary. Overall, the layout of the property, the lovely cabins, the views and nature and the hospitality were great. Checking in was easy, we were dropped off by our ride share right in front of the lobby doors. We were greeted right away and were given a full rundown, with maps, which I really appreciate. We walked to our cabin and although I didn't request a "creekside" cabin, the one they gave us still had views of the nature walk and creek. This was quite amazing when we woke up early one day for a tour (which we also booked through the hotel) and there was a family of otters in the water. Swoon!!! The room was lovely, decorated in a rustic, Western way. It was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was super comfortable. We like the size of the bathroom and the nice flow of hot water. I will agree that there was a little wear and tear with some wallpaper but I see that all the time, even at "fancier" places than this one. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour. I will say the biggest complaint I would have is the three windows on the wall across from the bed. I thought it wouldn't be a problem for us since we were visiting in the off season but wow does the sun beam down on you through those three little windows. We didn't eat here except for the free breakfasts because, again, off season. I loved the little buffet they had! There were rotating specialty items and an omelet station on weekdays. The food was good for a free breakfast buffet. The people working were also so kind and friendly. We utilized the hot tub and the sauna two of our three nights. We thought it was lovely and had a great time. I will definitely stay here again when back in Jackson.

Yelp
UPDATE TO MANAGEMENT'S COMMENTS: You can unfortunately read Jesse P's response (and his other responses) to understand how we felt we were spoken rudely to (hint: it does not need to be based on tone). We felt we were being called out as liars about the factual drainage issues and quality of the room. Readers of this review can check my profile (90%+ 4 or 5 star reviews) to see I am fair and balanced in my reviews. You are correct, we did state we understood your position (despite you not understanding ours, the customer) and bid you a good day, because that is how nice people operate. Lastly, I would note you did offer to pay me to remove the negative review, which I declined. This also goes against Yelp's TOS.

Yelp
We stayed here for 4 nights to spend quality time at Grand Teton National Park. Our room was clean, quiet and just a few steps away from the lodge. Bathroom had a fancy shower with choice of water from the ceiling or from traditional spout. Bottled water was provided in the room daily. We ate there at the breakfast buffet each morning which was pretty good. We were really too tired from our explorations by day to take advantage of the many included amenities. There was a heated pool and hot tub near our room that looked nice as well as a nature trail along the creek with firepits and smores every night. We liked the convenience of having a bar and restaurant in the lodge and ate there a couple of times. It was pretty pricey and the food was OK, not great. Still it was cozy in the lounge area and nice on the patio the one night it was warm enough to eat out there. The waitresses were great. We liked the location just at the entrance to town, across from the National Elk Refuge. Plenty of on site parking and a shuttle service running guests to and from the downtown area.

Yelp
Beautiful, clean, and feels like you're "camping" in a beautiful, amenity filled resort. The view from the property overlooks a hillside and sits across from the Elk Refuge. The staff is incredibly hospitable, helpful, and effective. Shout out to Ivy & Cole, who both made our stay wonderful. Sabino from breakfast made delicious food. Housekeeping was perfect and came early each day. The pool, sauna, hot tub were all great. The laundry room for guests was nice & convenient. Breakfast was high quality, diverse, and all you can eat. Great bacon! Fluffy eggs, pancakes, and tasty potatoes. We stayed in a private king cabin suite, very spacious with high ceilings and comfortable. Loved the curtain separating the bathroom, shower was nice too. Within a short walk to downtown, we walked everyday during our trip. Free shuttle to downtown offered as well. 10/10 recommend

Yelp
I recently booked a trip to the Rustic Inn Lodge, and I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The accommodations did not match what was advertised online--this is not a luxury resort as they claim. Our room had a terrible smell, and the stained carpets made it even worse. The swimming pool had an uninspiring view of the street, and the so-called private spa hot tub overlooked the parking lot. Hardly the serene getaway we expected! When we checked in and expressed our concerns, the staff was completely unhelpful. Despite paying the entire trip in advance, they refused to refund us or find a solution, delivering a rehearsed response that made it clear they had dealt with complaints like ours before. This experience felt like a scam, and I strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere for your Jackson Hole getaway!

Yelp
Fantastic resort! Clean, beautiful scenery, staff so friendly and helpful. Complimentary delicious breakfast buffet, shuttle service to town, s'mores kit, upscale amenities in cabins, fire pits at night, peaceful and relaxing. You could not ask for anymore at this resort, they have thought of everything to make your vacation perfect! My son and his family booked a king cabin for one night and extended another night because they loved this resort upon arrival.

Yelp
Our bid at a Boys and Girls Club charity auction won us a trip out to Jackson Hole. We had a choice between two hotels and chose this one based on the "rustic" aspect. Most of our trips are much different from this one, so we wanted a more authentic experience. Unfortunately we were booked in a regular lodge room so we upgraded to a cabin overlooking the creek. It was a bit expensive to upgrade ($1100 extra for 3 nights), but we had great view, privacy and a ton of space. I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. From the front desk to the lounge, to the drivers and cleaners, everyone was terrific. It's about a ten minute walk to town, which normally would be fine, but altitude really, really affects me so we chose to take the free shuttle from the hotel on most of our in-town adventures. Our cabin was pretty nice (8/10), but the sofa could use with something newer and more comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. The bar/lounge was great. Despite what a couple other reviewers have said, this is nothing like a "motel".

Yelp
Stayed here on our recent visit to Jacksonhole, WY (January 2022) The proximity to town is great. Given it's winter and I'm from a tropical place, walking the 15 minutes in 20 degree Fahrenheit weather and snow wasn't ideal though, luckily there is a free shuttle to town that was a breeze to order pick up and drop offs. The drivers were all very friendly! The shuttle will also take you to Snow King Mountain. If you're trying to go to Jacksonhole Mountain then there is a bus that picks up and drops off at the inn but recommended to be booked the day prior. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a large spread came in handy for carb loading prior to skiing days. Think: bagels, toast, cereals, pancakes/waffles/French toast (depended on the day), eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffees/teas, and juice. Never ate at the on-site restaurant or got a drink at the bar but the set-up looked cozy. There were just too many great places in town on our list to try! The property grounds are on the creek and near a mountain... it was a gorgeous winter wonderland with cute cabins. Our room was cleaned daily and the mattress was comfortable (we got a standard king room)... for a splurge they have rooms with private hot tubs and a butler that are more private and face the mountains/creek. Only downside is that room service isn't available and the restaurant is open only 4pm-10pm. There is a gazebo with gym as well as a pool, hot tub, and sauna also on the property. At the time of our stay we were told airport shuttles are not a thing but getting an Uber/Lyft was easy. Overall recommend the location and property. Plus staff were all customer service oriented. Glad we stayed here!

Yelp
Some of the cabins have zero view and have a porch that overlooks the parking lot Otherwise the breakfast is really nice and the grounds are beautiful.

Yelp
An absolute disappointment from arrival to exit. This is a glorified cheapo motel. DO NOT STAY HERE. You will be completely underwhelmed, the rooms are incredibly outdated. The pictures online, and the price leads you to believe you are staying in in incredibly nice accommodations-WRONG! The rooms are outdated and used and abused. We paid $600 dollars a night to be completely disappointed: enjoy our spa???? Ya right, the pool is next to highway, enjoy toxic fumes in your lungs while you hemorrhage money. My husband and I had been saving up to stay here and enjoy our time in Jackson, we will not be coming back. Not to mention the insanely horrible customer service. In the middle of the night a guest was banging and yelling outside of our room, because we didn't report it in real time the hotel said there was nothing they could do for us. Essentially it was our fault that we didn't get sleep and had to endure other guests poor behavior. Sound familiar? Our fault that someone else did something wrong and no accountability from this busted resort. Literally stay anywhere else, the accommodations will for sure be nicer and the customer service 100 x better.

Yelp
We have stayed at the Rustic Inn on several occasions and have enjoyed all that the property offers. We especially like relaxing out in the open area with the view of the stream and surrounding mountains. The free breakfast each morning is especially welcomed as it prepares one for another day of adventures in the Jackson Hole area.

Yelp
Cute inn in Jackson...just a nice little walk to downtown. Positives - Nice staff Cute cabins with refrigerators, microwaves, safes, fireplaces...everything you need Convenient shuttle service to downtown area Good breakfast buffet Beautiful outdoor areas to sit and relax Pool Laundry services Convenient concierge service, just a text away Negatives - AC in our room couldn't keep up...never cooled down While the breakfast buffet is very convenient with good food, the space they have it in is small and without the necessary seating for everyone Could use more than one ice machine for the whole complex... not very convenient

Yelp
Very nice accommodations. Beware, very few are in the river. Breakfast was good but finding a table can be hard. Golf cart to twin a half mile away was fun. Worth $750 ish a night? Next time I'll shop harder.

Yelp
We stayed 2 night in cabin 143, first off it snowed and the steps leading to the cabin did not get cleaned off. Second (and the real reason I am sending this comment is) I was traveling with an elderly lady that is a diabetic. She had an awful insuln reaction Friday morning, I called the desk asking for more time to check out so my Mother could rest and get to feeling better. I called in at 7:30/8am I was told that we had to be out by 11:30 or I would get charged for another day. I could understand this during the busy season but there was 3 cars in the parking lot. Thankfully the next location we where going understood the severity of the stuation and let us check in early so my Mother could be comfortable & rest. This is totally unacceptable and should be addressed with the 2 employees that were working the desk on Friday 11/1. I hope this gets to someone other than the 2 employees sitting at the desk when you walk in becasue they are the 2 that told us we had to leave.

Yelp
Best place in town to stay! 3 blocks from the antler arches, free shuttle service (by request as available, FYI), and hit breakfast buffet included!

Janet S.

Yelp
The resort is beautiful but cabins are dated. Wallpaper peeling and drawer of dresser was broken, needs some updating and minor repairs. Breakfast was good. Ate dinner there and the steaks were terrible. 4 people in our party- I got the pasta it was great, but the other 3 the steaks were terrible. Also only 2 wait staff and they couldn't keep up. Should offer transportation to airport. My expectations were realistic and overall we enjoyed our stay, but disappointed by some things that should be easy to fix if it mattered to the resort. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Lisa P.

Yelp
We enjoyed our recent stay here. Accommodations were good. It would've been nice to have a small fridge, but it wasn't that big of a deal. The heater worked well and it was nice to have a sofa. The bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice and we appreciated that. The only thing that I would wish for would be the ability to have the upper windows covered. We were up with the sun every morning as the light was quite bright, so sleeping in was never an option.

Yelp
If I could give them negative stars I would. The worst service and experience I've ever had and they try to pass themselves off as a high-end resort. They cater to tour buses that come in and out, DO NOT STAY HERE! So many better options in town. Shame, because the property is on the river. The rooms are old, not updated, the furniture is old and it shows, the bed is one of the worst I've ever had, a sagging, spring mattress, no pillow top to speak of, although they will argue it is. The bathroom has no fan or door, the water pressure was horrible, the water temp was all over the place. The room temp was never working right, too hot or cold. There are picture windows that face the bed, and at 6 am the light comes in and wakes you up, a terrible design. When we came back at night and told them the bed was very uncomfortable and asked them for help, the woman working the front desk seemed annoyed she was being asked for service and said she couldn't do anything, she said the same thing in the morning so after breakfast, we packed up to leave and came in to ask for a refund for the following nights. At that point she got argumentative and hostile, saying they could not refund and now she said she could move us to another room. We were done and said no thanks, asked the manager to call us which he never did, and again asked for a refund and they refused. The breakfast was awful, it was gross, and no Covid measures, dishes, and silverware all out for everyone to touch, food out, no one serving it. The food was disgusting, soggy eggs, no bread, some gross-looking meat, and some fruit.

Yelp
Rustic Inn is where my wife and I stayed during our honeymoon which we will never forget thanks to our stay. Not only did the room we have exceed our expectations but so did the staff as they go above and beyond for their guests! Not only was the staff friendly but they also provide a shuttle service to anywhere within city limits which made in convenient for us to get around. The complimentary breakfast and food the hotel has is amazing! The sites are beautiful from the hotel and we have to mention all the wildlife the hotel brings in. During our time we fed and pet wild deer as they willingly came up to our room which blew us away. Thanks again to the staff and hotel for making our honeymoon special! - Travis & Lilly

Yelp
This review comes in a little late. I visited this place in November and I got some pretty postcard pics here. A very cozy stay with a limited breakfast spread. The rooms are comfortable, clean and war,. We had to extend our stay as our travel plans changed last minute and that was partially because we just loved the place. I am someone who wouldn't want to skip my daily workout. Their gym was just right with all the equipments I use and was preferred as it was snowing outside. I would definitely go back to stay here in the winters and capture that snowfall view again.
google avatar

Chrissy F.

Yelp
I'm certain the resort is lovely; our parents have stayed there and wanted to visit again. Unfortunately we had to change plans and were incredibly disappointed that less than 24 hours after booking directly with the resort and the reservation being over one month away, I was charged a $25 processing fee. I have not dealt with this in any other resort world wide unless cancelling late etc. Perhaps this policy should be reviewed and even implemented 30 days out. Ridiculous.

Yelp
I stayed at Rustic Inn recently, on a solo trip and enjoyed the property. As soon as I made it to my room I thought to myself "this place gets me" I was located very close to their 24 hour gym gazebo which was a perfect reminder to not forget my workouts while on vacation ;) I love that they offer shuttle service to and from the airport. As soon as I walked into the airport my driver was there with a sign. Such a breeze! The staff are all very friendly. My room was cozy enough, although the heater seemed a bit noisy but maybe it was just because it was only me and extra quiet. The proximity to town square is the perfect distance for a stroll. I never used the town shuttle because it's not far at all so I found myself walking to and from the hotel often. They are also located directly across the street from the Visitors Center which is a plus if you're into visiting Visitors Centers like I am (the winter elk refuge sleigh rides also depart from here). I didn't care much for their free breakfast after trying it my first morning. I'd say that could use some improvement but it didn't matter much to me as I was looking forward to trying many restaurants in town. I did have dinner at the bar one evening and the grilled cheese and tomato soup with shoestring fries hit the spot. I ordered the Snake River IPA since I'd wanted to try a local brew and this was the perfect addition to the soup and sandwich. There's a sweet little fire place nook in the bar area which I found myself sitting and reading in front of and from the looks of it a fairly extensive wine cellar that I peeked at. I was just home from Napa so to be honest I was more interested in trying local beers than I was wine. The grounds were just gorgeous while I was there, felt very much like a winter wonderland with wildlife surprising me at every turn. I'd hoped to spot the red foxes I'm told are sometimes around or an otter in the creek but I didn't. I'm very much looking forward to returning in the Summer and Winter and would definitely recommend this location for accommodations if you are looking in the area. Snow King is super close and they also provide a shuttle to and from Teton Village. Really you can't ask for much more!

Candice C.

Yelp
Beautiful resort!!! You couldn't get a more gorgeous view than the rooms by the creek with a swing!! The staff was very helpful! The breakfast was great!!! The only thing that was an issue was the old ac unit cutting off and on making it hot, but what a great stay!!!

Yelp
This was the venue for the last three days of our Orbridge Tour from Rapid City, SC to Jackson, WY. The rooms are cute: Individual cabin-like rooms with front porches. The interiors are well-appointed, with conveniences, including a microwave, fridge, and rain shower. Our room faced a small, pleasant courtyard (although near the noisy fronting highway). A hearty breakfast is included. (We have yet to try the dining room for lunch or dinner.) The staff is pleasant and accommodating. We took advantage of the creekside nature walk and free shuttle (within City limits, but, alas, not to the airport). Tip: suggest a "cabin" along the creek or facing one of the courtyards, or your porch will overlook a parking area. (We enjoyed having cocktails on our porch!) Another tip: there's a convenience store less than a block north which has a deli, with custom made sandwiches, lots of snack options, and a small selection of wines and spirits. If it were a choice, I would rate this venue 4.5 stars, which appears to be the well-deserved average rating. By the way, Internet speeds were impressively fast. I even streamed a movie this afternoon.

Yelp
The photo editor for their website should win an award. This place looks absolutely nothing like how it is advertised online. This place is advertised as a beautiful luxury resort when it is actually a motel comprised of scary/dirty little outdated cabins. Our bathroom robes were so old and had been used/washed for so many years they were grey and crunchy. There is no room service and food isn't even available for takeout from 10 am - 4 pm. Pros: close to town, lovely shuttle staff

Mark G.

Yelp
This place was fantastic. The cabin was nice and clean, and felt very spacious. the staff was super helpful and kind throughout our stay. I'd 100% recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Jackson!

Yelp
This place is great. Great location. FREE Shuttle into town. Very clean. Outside chairs at every cabin and seems to be cleaned daily. This is our go to place when in Jackson.

Yelp
Very disappointing experience overall. Pros: - beautiful property with a creek running through it that you can rent tubes to float down - located right next to the entry to the national park Cons: - rooms are pretty small (but they were very clean) - and breakfast: Full disclosure - I LOVE breakfast and I love buffets even more. So I specifically stayed here because they were known for having "the best breakfast in Jackson." Unfortunately, that is not the case anymore :( I had better breakfast and service at a 2-star hotel on my drive over to Jackson than at this 4-star "resort." Before arriving, I read on their website (in fine print) that they were doing a grab-go-breakfast instead of the typical sit down buffet. I was hoping that meant there would be a buffet area with servers that would prepare a box for you to take back to your room and eat, which a lot of hotels are currently doing and is totally understandable. Or maybe we would place an order from a menu the night before and come pick it up in a to-go box, which is another common practice right now. What did it actually mean? Everyone puts in an order the night before to get the same basic breakfast (when we were there it was eggs and a dry biscuit). Luckily, we were able to get a piece of fruit as well because we are vegetarian, but the typical box didn't come with that. There was no menu to choose from. They didn't even know what would be served the next day. And it was luck of the draw whether or not they would actually have a box ready for you when you arrived at the scheduled time. The system is very unorganized even though everyone was receiving the exact same meal. We placed our order the night before both nights and both mornings when we arrived at the scheduled time, they didn't have a box for us. So we had to wait in the lobby with a handful of other people for 30 minutes while they prepared a new one. What made this even more frustrating is they are set up to do room service in the evening, which I ordered during the stay and that food was delicious! I do not understand why breakfast cannot be managed in the same fashion. When I tried to provide feedback to management, the suggestions were dismissed. I know businesses are going through a LOT right, so hopefully they will work this out with time, but if you are specifically staying here for the breakfast, don't. Or at least call ahead and see if they have made any improvements.

Yelp
Only stayed one night- but the place is cool as hell. Nice little quaint lodge vibe- skip breakfast it's trash. A brown bag of whatever they can grab. Front desk and bartenders were super cool. Good location in proximity to town square.

Yelp
I did not stay here, this review is for the Spa (massage) service - or lack off. My wife had reserved a deep tissue massage for me with use of spa facilities as well So we got to the spa an hour before the massage to use the sauna and sttam sauna. The building had a broken bell you were supposed to ring, it took a while before someone came and opened, we even wondered if it was open, looked very closed. Then a lady came and opened, I think it was the cleaning lady. She showed us down to an empty lounge with a closed bar. After a while my wife went and found her again to tell her we wanted to use the facilities, she was ohhh I thought you were just early!!! We changed and went into the steam sauna, ice cold from the waist down!! Went into the sauna... not even on. Went to the outside jaciuzzi.. full of dead flies and two floating chlorine dispensers so it smelled of chlorine and it was also not that hot. Finally got to the massage, started out well with deep massage on my back, but from there it went downhill, no more deep massage, just touchy light massage. The end was that there was a mandatory 20% tip included. I noticed lot of placed in JH have that, why not just add it to the price if you as a customer do not have the choice to decline if the service was not good. I would NOT recommend this spa to anyone who want a good and relaxing time. Such a disappointment.

Yelp
Pros: friendly staff, beautiful view, clean cabins Cons: hot tub doesn't work, water pressure is weak, shower runs cold water, mediocre breakfast Before my stay I visited the website and read some guest reviews. Here are the things that I can personally confirm after the stay: the employees that I encountered with are trained well for customer service. Reasonable requests will be taken care of. The cabin was cleaned everyday but it does look different from the website. The pictures from the website are obviously edited, I understand why some customers felt disappointed. Breakfast is not terrible but could use some upgrade judging on the price of the resort and the image they tried to present. The only thing you need to watch out is the shower, the water pressure and temperature are usually not ideal. Any amenities that relates to hot water doesn't seem to work.

Yelp
Beware when booking here that they have an extremely strict cancellation policy. I booked a room at the last minute and just 3 days later learned that my entire trip was cancelled by the fishing guide due to a storm. We also had safety concerns about driving over pass in a rental car to arrive for check in date. The manager would not show any forgiveness on the reservation and charged me the full amount, including all taxes and fees.

Yelp
The Rustic Inn property is immaculate. The grounds and facilities wowed us. The cabins are well-appointed and very comfortable. The cleaning staff does a fantastic job each day tidying up the rooms. We really enjoyed the included breakfast. The location is great as you can avoid downtown traffic and the town square is only a 6-7 minute walk away (or take the inn's shuttle service). We also ate dinner at the restaurant one night and the food and drinks were terrific. I highly recommend Rustic Inn when you are staying in Jackson Hole.

Yelp
Fantastic resort! Great, big, full breakfast. Wonderful shuttle service to/from town. Great walking distance to town. Quiet cabin with lovely front porch. Easy-to-use laundry facility. Very accommodating staff.

Yelp
The Rustic Inn made my first time in Jackson unforgettable! The property is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is amazing. Our first run in with the staff was at the airport for the shuttle service. Our guy Dan was so helpful and friendly he suggested a lot cool things that we could do while in town. Anytime we needed a shuttle, it was ON POINT, never any issues. The front desk folks were so welcoming and great. If you see Caleb, ask him about the places in town for nice photos! We arrived a few hours too early to check in, but they hooked us up and got us in our room as quick as possible. The room was more that I expected! We got a "Deluxe King" and it was so cozy and clean! I loved just coming home to our room just as much as exploring the area. Just a short walk to back of the property, you'll be struck at how beautiful the view is! You will also frequently see wildlife! Rustic is also at a great location. It's about a 10 minute was into the town square, or you can get the shuttle over. All in all, if you're worried about having a great place to stay while visiting Jackson Hole, look no further!! Rustic Inn is your best bet!

Yelp
The rooms were pretty clean. Sheets seemed clean. Rooms are spacious. Most rooms face a parking lot and not the creek. I was surprised at how close the INN was located next to the main road. Fairly quiet except when we were woken up by chainsaws on multiple mornings and afternoons. Totally ruins the tranquilness. Why are they sawing logs at a resort INN everyday? The breakfast buffet opened up again since COVID, and is actually quite good. Staff was friendly and pleasant. The only complaint is that the heat at the buffet is on full blast so you feel like you are cooking up there while eating. Not pleasant. Rooms are stocked with K-cups which is great! Lobby and buffet have Tazo tea that you can pick up and take back to your room. That's a nice touch! Beds are quite comfortable. Showers have a handheld shower nozzle and a rain shower head, but of course, both work at the same time. There is no way to turn off the rain shower head. So if you wanted to keep your hair dry, good luck. Water pressure is what you would expect in the mountains, very little pressure. The pool and hot tub are small, not exactly a resort. But I guess most people are out sightseeing all day anyways, not at a pool. There are these little windows at the top of the wall on the opposite side of the beds and the light hits you right in the face when you try to sleep in the morning or when taking an afternoon nap. Poor window placement and no shades. You are primarily paying for location, in my opinion. I wouldn't call this a luxury resort by any means. But I highly doubt you can get a 5 star experience in Jackson Hole anyways. Unless you are paying $5,000/night and you are Harrison Ford. You only get rooms cleaned every other day. I am fine with that but some people wouldn't like that. They didn't restock the coffee on the 2nd day which was disappointing. Overall, an average place. Clean, comfortable and a decent place to lay down your head when you aren't out taking in nature all day.

Yelp
This should technically be a half star review! Very poor service! First night dinner service was terrible, all our food came out cold, an hour and a half later. We were seated in what I call the dungeon....(they probably forgot about us, as we were in the basement) the probably had no clue who ordered the food! The waitress had no idea, when we told her that the food was bad, what she should do and we expected a manager to show face but that did not happen! ....shall I continue! Might as well! I am on a roll! The bartender ZERO personality! We got lucky today and had the same waitress from the first night (being sarcastic) at the bar and ordered drinks from the beer list and the ones we wanted they did not have! (By the way 3 nights in a row) yes we could go to a different bar but we figured we give them another chance, but yeah enough is enough! Last but not least, watch your bill before you put your credit card down! There might be an item or 2 that you did not order! Not impressed with this place and probably not coming back here! A 5 STAR to the only person that really deserve it, is the maid. When we asked for towels, she did not want a tip I had to force her to take it! Same for my family member! She was awesome and I hope she will be making a bunch of money!

Yelp
This is a critical but accurate review of this hotel! CHECK-IN/STAFF/ROOM: Initial impression on check-in - when I walked in neither of the receptionist greeted me which I thought was odd. I requested an early check-in around 11 and they said they would call me soon when it was ready and they never called. Hotel room was super clean and accurate to pictures! Loved our cabin and the view we stayed in #147. We stayed in the king cabin - I do not think the Creekside cabins are worth it.... The creek is also undergoing heavy loud construction which no one disclosed. After our second room cleaning we were given bedding with blood on it, disgusting! AMENITIES: Pool is average, nothing like the online photos, the creek is super murky with loads of geese droppings all around it, "bistro" is nothing fancy at all. The "hot breakfast bar" is literally a continental breakfast you could see at the holiday inn, and buffet style - which during COVID is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Also staff doesn't greet you when you walk in for breakfast. I did not try to fitness center or the spa so cannot speak on that! Nature walk is literally nothing just a path lined with animal droppings. Another positive is that it is really close to town like a five minute walk. Overall, I would not stay here again, it I really wasn't impressed with any aspect of this place. Calling it a "resort" seems quite generous.

Yelp
My best friend and I stayed at the Rustic Inn on our recent vacation and loved it! We stayed in one of the rooms facing the creek and loved sitting outside just relaxing. It was very peaceful. There was a goose that would sit with us everyday by the creek and a couple of times, we saw some mule deer right outside our room. All of the staff was great and very helpful! My friend has a hard time walking very far, so the staff was more than willing to pick us up at our room to shuttle us to town so she wouldn't have to walk to the lobby. The breakfast buffet was wonderful - lots of a selection! We were there during the off season, so the restaurant and bar were closed, but it wasn't a problem. If we didn't eat in town, we just had food delivered from nearby restaurants. I would definitely recommend the Rustic Inn. If I ever get the chance to go back to Jackson Hole, I plan to stay here again!

Yelp
falsely accusuesed After spending $1788.63 for a 3 nite stay and leaving nice tips.I was charged an additional $250.00 for smoking in the room.my girlfriend and I did smoke directly outside the room in the chairs provided.the hotel said that the room smelled like smoke. It may have but we never smoked in the room.I own and operate 2 hotels and would never smoke in a nonsmoking area.Watch your credit card statement these people like to tack on extra charges you don't owe.

Yelp
Comforter cover was extremely dusty. See picture from when we pulled it back. Pretty gross actually. Very poor cell coverage in the area which is not the hotels fault but worth noting. TV signal kept freezing while watching. Water pressure in shower was adequate but not awesome. Hotel is in a really cool spot and cute but I'd struggle to want to go back at $900 a night. Free breakfast is on par with comfort in.

Yelp
I'm so impressed with the quality of this Inn! Our cabin is comfortable, very clean and well kept. I've walked all around the spacious, manicured grounds and was surprised to find a pond with two families of baby geese, a lovely running creek, several circular seating areas with warm fires aglow, and open spaces to walk. Several teepees are located on the property, one with a fire inside and cozy chairs all around it. Today, my husband and I enjoyed massages at the spa which also features a large lounge area, bar, sauna and steam room. Pride abounds throughout this establishment. Did I mention the tasty food? The breakfast buffet was plentiful and our dinner was not only delicious, but delivered right to our door. Thank you for making my first visit to Jackson Hole even better than expected.

Yelp
A beautiful place to stay. Cabin was very nice inside. Beds were comfortable, even the pull out sofa bed. The stream running thru the place was beautiful. Every night they light up the gas fire pits around the place for people to sit by and enjoy. One of them was even in a teepee which stayed very warm. Canadian geese walk around and even a coyote trotted by our cabin one morning. It's a half a mile away from town so close enough to walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
My fiancé and I chose this hotel for a five-day ski trip to Jackson. We chose it specifically for its outdoor jacuzzi amenities as advertised on their website and social media pages, and would not have chosen it otherwise. We were extremely disappointed upon arrival to find that the jacuzzi was empty, filled with leaves and completely unusable. No advance notice about this was communicated on Rustic's Inn website, social media page, or in any confirmation emails with us. The front desk also failed to mention that the jacuzzi was broken when we checked in and asked where we could find it on the property. We decided that the best course of action was to check out early and find a different hotel. The front desk at Rustic Inn refused to refund the remaining thee nights of our stay because it fell outside their cancellation policy. The only thing offered to us was a room upgrade with a soaking tub for an additional $600. The hotel was clearly not interested in making things right by us. Despite the lack of refund, we decided to check out anyways after receiving such disappointing service. Aside from the egregious false advertising and terrible service, the Rustic Inn's property is not nearly as nice as the photos on the website would have you believe. Would absolutely avoid this hotel if coming to Jackson.

Yelp
While the actual hotel is super nice and is perfect, there is a couple of major problems. Even though the food is included it doesn't taste that good. A major problem is the hotel keycard not working. The rule is to not have it close to anything that could interfere with it like phones or cards but that's something people use in there lives. So you can't really keep them away from it 24/7. We ended up having to walk all the way back to front desk to get a new card about 4 times. Not really ideal when it's snowing hard and you have to walk all the way over there in normal clothing. Change the food a little, get better keycards and this would be a number one pick.

Yelp
One more comment...Resort & Spa, what a laugh! Enjoy the outdoor heated pool or steam room & jacuzzi as you watch & listen to the cars whiz by on the highway 20ft away! As I said before it's more like a Motel 4! Do Not waste your money here!

Yelp
Driving away from another lovely stay at the Rustic and let me tell you it is HARD to leave this magical place! Everything about this resort is a dreamy mountain escape -- the rustic chic decor, the stunning nature preserve, and of course the super comfy guest rooms. Last time we stayed here, we stayed in a cabin which was really fun and unique. Our family has grown since then, so this time we opted for the Superior Double Queen Guest-room w/ fireplace, which has 2 queen beds plus a sleeper sofa. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was surprisingly really comfortable! And our family of 5 appreciated the extra room to stretch out. The fireplace was super cozy and added to the mountain experience. The included breakfast was absolutely delish and the hearty eggs, bacon & potatoes fueled us up for a day of snowboarding at Jackson Hole Mountain. Our family will always cherish the memories we make here and can't wait for our next visit!

Yelp
Beautiful views from the Creekside cabins. It was nice to have a breakfast buffet on site. Friendly staff. The cabin was clean and spacious. My only complaint was that they did not offer transportation to the airport like some of the other resorts.

Yelp
Beautiful property with terrible customer service. No adherence to covid measures and staff couldn't be bothered. Will not stay here again.
