We got married at Rustic Reel on June 21, 2025. We cannot say enough good things about the venue - it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the staff were all incredible, and the food exceeded our wildest expectations. We’ve received so many compliments from our guests about the staff, the food, and the the venue itself. Every detail was perfect. A special shout-out to Jade, the Events Coordinator. She truly pours her heart and soul into her work, and it shows. The time she dedicated to perfecting every little detail, alongside the bigger picture items, made all the difference. She made us feel so at ease and truly brought our vision to life. Rustic Reel has this timeless, classy yet cozy charm that makes it the perfect place to celebrate with your closest friends and family. If you want your guests to feel right at home while enjoying an unforgettable night, this venue is it. We’re so glad we chose it, and we will cherish the memories forever.

First time at Rustic Reel and I was stunned with the interior and decorations. Really loved the design details. We went for the brunch and it was served fast since not many were around yet. We ordered the classic breakfast, breakfast poutine and pretzel for my LO. They were all good. The server was ok, not so engaged, but courteous. Not sure if we gonna come back for brunch, but will definitely be back for the vibe and to grad a coffee or beer :)

This place has plenty of seating, a restaurant in the front, and a full cafe at the back. It's quiet enough to have an actual conversation. I'll definitely be recommending this place to more people, now that I know about it.

Absolutely love Rustic Reel! Yummy snacks, great coffee and tea drinks, the staff are lovely, and there is always lotssss of seating! And a rare thing in Kelowna: a parking lot! The indoor seating area is huge and has tons of natural light making it perfect for working on your laptop or having a little date. Their patio is also very spacious and such a treat when the weather is warm. I will always recommend Rustic Reel to anyone looking for good food, beer, AND coffee.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time! We had our wedding reception at Rustic Reel last May and it was amazing. We had the dinner in the tap room/patio, and the dance portion in the beer hall. Jade, our amazing wedding planner (and part of the RR team), made sure every detail was just right. The day unfolded exactly as we had dreamed, and the beer hall was the perfect spot for our dance party. Our guests had an absolute blast, and the atmosphere was incredible. So many people came up to me at the reception saying this was the best wedding they've ever been to! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Rustic Reel and Jade, for making our special day unforgettable!

11 of us walked in , which I understand is a large group to accomodate without a reservation. We are all either ex industry patrons or still work in the industry and we're very polite and understanding. The first person to greet us stated that their policy was 20% auto grat for groups 10+. The second to greet us said it was 30% auto grat. They continued to give us attitude about where we needed to be standing and how we were meant to be served while we were just standing waiting to be accommodated. It was such rude service , we decided to leave and bring our business elsewhere. Discusting holiday spirit service. We would have given 25-30% tips had they greeted us with even basic service. Very disappointed

Yesterday, I finally had the opportunity to visit Rustic Reel and let me just say, wow. I almost always get a flight when first visiting a brewery, and was pleasantly surprised when it came with a side of salty snacks. The beers tasted fantastic, especially when paired with there nachos topped with house made pulled pork. The only thing that was better than the beers and the food, was the service. Austin was an absolute delight to chat with and took the experience to the next level. It's safe to say we will be back.

Good food. I wouldnt call the smash burger a smash burger though, it's sorta just a regular unsmashed burger. Still good though. The girl with the glasses and shaggy brown hair was a great server and should get a raise, very attentive of the table. 👍
