Rydges Kalgoorlie

I've stayed at a lot of hotels for work & on holidays. This is by far one of the best overall, from friendliness & professionalism at check in, to cleanliness & nice facilities. First impressions count. They've nailed it, even with just small things like a throw over the corner of the bed to cushions & pictures around the room. The bed was comfy. It was super quiet. A small kitchen area. Nothing to complain about here.

Beautiful place to stay. Deluxe suite was amazing and loved every moment of it. Bug as spa bath which was a delight. Great massage to the sore back. Pool was beautiful. Bed and room atmosphere was well worth it. We’ll always be back to this one and hopefully they are all the same in different locations of Aussie

My wife and I spent 7 nights here in a Executive Equal Access Apartment - due to mobility problems. The apartment was well-appointed and spacious, with separate bedroom and living areas. The bathroom was large, roomy with plenty of grab rails and a drop down shower "chair". Furniture and decor were very modern, practicable and attractive. A great idea is the "eco-friendly" opt out of room cleaning and linen replacement service. We chose to not have our linen replaced or room serviced for 3 days and received $50 off our room bill. Great for us and great for the environment. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. On-site restaurant has a limited menu but more than sufficient to suit most tastes. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this restort.

This is our 3rd stay at the Rydges Kalgoorlie, and we really like it. The resort is great, they rooms (Deluxe King Spa) are huge and offer a small kitchenette. We have most recently stayed in the Executive Two Bedroom Villa, which are fantastic. ||The only downside is that it's a 5-minute drive into town, or if you like to walk, 32 minutes. There isn't much around it, although it does offer a very good restaurant. If you want to dine out, you'll need a skipper.

Beds, well our bed, was soo soft and sagy, very disappointed. Shame there's no No Smoking/vaping signs around the pool, ruins it for everyone. The grill isn't an option every night, this is such a shame and the coffee machine in the restaurant isn't available either. I think Rydges Kalgoorlie needs to lift their game! Other than that I enjoyed my stay, but it has room for improvement

First time staying here and probably will not be the last. Location is a little out of town but it's fairly quiet. The room I had was very nice and quite comfortable. The bathroom was roomy with a large shower and a spa bath (which I am disappointed I didn't get time to try). The bed was large and very comfortable. The only grip I have is that I could not for the life of me work out how to turn the TV off by the remote. I eventually ended up finding buttons behind the TV to power it off but other than that the room was great. I ate dinner at the onsite restaurant which was a little on the pricey side but the food was delicious and the service was great. Checking in and out was super easy and staff were friendly and helpful. Pool onsite looks fantastic too but it was a little on the chilly side to try that out too (maybe next time). All up an enjoyable and comfortable stay which I will be happy to do again.

Me and my partner booked a two day stay at the hotel. on arrival it was pleasant the young lady at the reception desk was very kind and was very professional. Once we got the the room we where quiet shocked what we booked online was not what we got the keys too. The room was not very presentable the bathroom looked like a bathroom at a hospital. Our bedding was dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell. The airconditioning didn't work and the fridge was broken. The technology in the room was very outdated the tv only had four channels that worked and there was no way of using streaming devices as the TV's where quite old. We where at the hotel for all of an hour before we checked out and found other accommodation. Everything was very pour quality besides the receptionist at the front counter. Will never be staying at this hotel again.

We had dinner at their restaurant didn’t stay at the hotel as we live around here corner. When approaching the bar we were ignored for a good 5 minutes while other people were served before us even after making eye contact. Bartender didn’t even know what drinks we wanted or how to make them. We ordered food and after na hour had to ask the waitstaff to bring out food over after watching it sit under the heat lamps for a good 15/20min. When food arrived it was half cold half stale over cooked and bland. Was offered a free dessert which was really not worth the $18 we would have paid each tasteless and not to the menu description. Overall ruined birthday dinner would never go here again or recommend the restaurant… the hotel side may be good but eat somewhere else. Lack or professional service or knowledge from the waitstaff on how to do their jobs. Could not even get dinner taken away before the eventually handed dessert over. All staff need training. Compliments to the kitchen staff for getting meals out on time just let down by wait staff letting it sit under heat lamps too long
