Stayed for 11 days for work, Serena was absolutely amazing! She is amazing and I hope they recognise her her! 10 out of 10 she is an asset to the hotel! Thank you. She made my time away from home so much better. She is warm and inviting. I work away in different places in wa and Serena has been by far the warmest person I’ve in met at any accommodation so far! Thank you

The villa was very clean and had everything we could possibly need.|Centrally located. Friendly service. Pool areas were very nice and the recreation building at the villas was great.||The villa required a little maintenance, loose toilet seat, loose kitchen tap, tight doors that needed adjusting, but nothing major that negatively affected our stay.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this hotel, which is located just a little off the main street area. The room was spacious, well appointed and maintained and very clean, with a large bathroom and a very comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant and the meal was reasonable fare. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Room is huge, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel is nice and quiet. ||My partner and I booked here for the advertised secure parking. Unfortunately the gate to the parking was left opened during the night and I had both of my number plates stolen from my car during the night.|Not an enjoyable end to our trip to be spending it in the police station! ||When I raised this with the reception staff the next day, I was told that my feedback would be passed on. I have attempted to contact someone from this hotel to discuss this incident further, no one has responded to me, or attempted to make contact. ||Disappointing and the prices are too high for the quality of this accomodation.

The bed and pillows were so comfy, nice spacious apartment, excellent water pressure in shower. Excellent staff onsite, always friendly and welcoming, really made you feel like family! Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing, highly recommend this place

Very nice room not too far from everything. Plenty of Parking. Check in easy with no issues. There is a very large pool area near the rooms. Quiet at night though. |Visited the Bushland, Boulder and the Big Pit. Take your mesh hat though as the flies|were a bit of nuisance.

Accredited 4 star Hotel? Something you’d expect from a middle of no where 2 star Motel. Although the photos looked good, these were taken years ago. There is no decor in the rooms anymore, bathroom shelves are bare and empty (nothing like the pictures), TV is small, just a basic Harvey Norman free to air TV from 10 years ago, and bathroom had mould in the grout in the shower. Also no sound deadening, heard the room above us take the longest leak I’ve heard at 2 o’clock in the morning. Not to mention house keeping wheeling their carts down the path outside at 7 o’clock in the morning. Almost like it was in the room itself. And if you wanted room service? Good luck, because they don’t offer anything, and if you do want anything you have to go to reception to pick out something from a deli style setup next to checkin. Don’t bother checking the minibar either because it’s empty. Not even a bottle of water. Bed wasn’t good either, no duvet cover on the quilt and the bed is well worn so much that you sink in to the middle of the bed. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed at the Rydges for two nights in room 44. The spa bath was beautiful and we were a bit skeptical about the rooms from things we’d heard but it was clean and everything that had been advertised so we were happy about that. We drove from Leo to have a weekend in Kal because to us that’s a nice get away. However they had scheduled maintenance on the roof of our room from 8:30-9am till 5pm so the full day we had was pretty much filled with banging and drilling. Not just a subtle sound in the distance either. The walls and windows were vibrating from the drill, it sounded like they were in our bathroom. Video proof was shown to the front counter and even they were shocked we’d been allowed to stay there. We got offered 50% off of one night that we stayed which we accepted as that seemed to be all the front counter could do for us but I just would have preferred to be warned, we may have chosen a villa instead or another type of room had we known. We understand maintenance needs to be done but to do it on a Saturday instead of a less busy weekday and still book people into the room that’s most affected by it seems like they just didn’t want to lose out on some cash. Please just take this into account the next time maintenance is occurring. If we weren’t gonna be in the room much during the day, we may have even been ok with staying in the room but we didn’t even get the choice or knowledge.
