We really enjoyed our stay! The ocean views were absolutely stunning — waking up to that view each morning was a real highlight. The service throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, and the valet parking was a breeze — quick, efficient, and stress-free. The pool area and games room were fantastic, especially for the kids. They had plenty to keep them entertained, which made it easy for us to relax. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-presented, offering a nice space to unwind after a busy day. One small downside was that the room didn’t have a microwave or any cutlery, which would have been convenient, especially when traveling with children. But overall, it was a great experience and a very family-friendly place. Would definitely consider coming back! Also Buffet breaky was a hit!

Great location, right on the water, great views. Rooms a little dated and not overly clean, but nice. Service was excellent, especially from the guys at the front desk. Great for business or families as they have interconnecting room options. Location is awesome and felt super safe. Will be back.

Nice place to stay, beautiful view. Nice atmosphere, lovely staff. Rooms were lovely, only feedback I would give would be around cleanliness. The room wasn’t clean. Dirty glasses, hair in the shower, the wooden bed head was greasy, some of the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and I opened up the toilet lid to find a number two in the toilet. Shame, as the hotel itself is lovely.

From booking to check out everything was perfect. |The room was clean and well presented with stunning views. |Every team member was polite and well presented and knew their respective areas and roles.|A special mention to Reece and Rayne who went above and beyond to ensure our family stay was perfect. |We will definitely be back.

A beautiful and centrally located hotel with views of Newcastle's working harbour. The Harbour view suite we had was spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and cooperative. We had to leave early and they were so accomodating. I rate them highly just for that. ||If there is a negative, it would be the restaurant experience. The food was excellent but what was a disappointment was the wait time for the food to arrive. It seemed that this was what was expected because apparently we were on some sort of coastal time warp. ||The hotel is close to restaurants in the Honeysuckle precinct of Newcastle. Parking is always a challenge in Newcastle. Wilson's car park is a very short walk from the hotel. The valet parking was $35 a day. A little pricey even for a sydney sider!||Tip: Opt for the harbour view suites. The working harbour left us mesmerised for hours.

The staff were amazing! We were there with our family and another family, all four kids were so looked after and had the best time. Nothing was too much trouble. Reece on the front desk and Stuart (food/bev) were particularly helpful and thoughtful.

Old rooms, cracked tiles in bathroom, mould. The room was very dated and a bit grubby. On the plus side the staff were friendly and the views and location are good. The room service was ok but it took two days to clear the tray from outside our door which was unusual. The restaurants food and cocktails were good.

This is my favourite place to stay when in Newcastle. We booked a room with a balcony and ended up with double balconies so floor to ceiling views from the bed and lounge. The only down side was they’ve put frosting on the bathroom window so I can no longer watch the water from the toilet, did love that. We used room service and the food was great, from the restaurant in the hotel and was prompt arriving.
