Housekeeping are amazing. Needed a bottle opener as I had been waiting half an hour ( reception didn’t answer the phone so went down in person) she was brilliant! Got me one as my room didn’t have an opener. Room service was very fast! My food (pizza) was very hot and was happy. Praise the housekeeping on level 11 and room service attendant for quick delivery

Everything about our stay at Rydges Southbank was exceptional! Check in was quick and easy and we were upgraded to a king suite which was fabulous! Everything about the room was great, from the incredible river views, to the champagne and choccies on arrival to the deep soaking tub, it was simply wonderful. We enjoyed the wide array of delicious options in the brekky buffet and enjoyed a stroll around the local markets before checking out. Cannot rate the amenities and staff highly enough, special mention to James who ensured we celebrated our anniversary in comfort and style-thank you!

Exceptional service from arrival to departure - valet for the car, baggage to the room. Excellent patters, especially the seafood - so fresh and great quality. Large room with cloud-like bedding. Bathroom large and very accommodating. The view was spectacular, expecially of the river and city for the Riverfire and flybys. Smorgasbord breakfast at Bacchus the best. Thank you David, Night Manager and all the staff - top of their game. There was nothing they wouldn't do for us to make our stay exceptional.

We spent our 10-year anniversary at this hotel in Brisbane, and it was truly memorable. The view overlooking South Bank and the Brisbane city skyline was absolutely spectacular, especially at night. The hotel went above and beyond to help us celebrate, surprising us with champagne and chocolates in our room.||The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We were also impressed that the staff had already prepared a rollaway bed for our kids without us even asking – such thoughtful attention to detail.||From the warm service to the stunning views, everything made our stay extra special. Highly recommend this hotel for both family stays and special occasions!

Nothing to fault with the location, room and front desk service. The buffet breakfast was very good and well priced. Just be aware that valet parking is quite pricey at $55 per day.

The room was spacious with two double sized beds, which could comfortable host 4 people, if needed. The bathroom was modern. The outside bar served good cocktails. Bacchus serves a delicious high tea and can cater to kids with apple juice and hot chocolate drink options and less sophisticated food.

Really enjoyed our stay at Rydges South Bank. The self check-in kiosks made arrival quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent — plenty of choice and great quality, especially nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the morning sun. The bar feels a little tired in terms of decor, but the team working there were great and service was spot on. Would definitely stay again.

We organised a family night for Riverfire. Absolutely fantastic!! Haven’t done it before but wouldn’t do it any other way. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the two nights we were there! Proximity to everything not just Riverfire was sensational. Highly recommend.

Wonderful staff. What a joy to liaise with the lovely reception staff, Justin and Georgie, when they recently helped me track a card for a dear friend in quarantine I had incorrectly addressed. Sounds very simple but they went above and beyond to ensure my friend who had returned from a funeral in the south, received it. Made our hearts sing Thank you!!!! Adrienne, Melbourne
