If you want a traditional old fashioned ryokan stay in the heart of Asakusa then this is the place for you! The staff is lovely and the location is unbeatable. The private bath time slots are nice and the tatami beds are very comfortable. This place no longer serves food but there's a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby! Authentic stay in the heart of a bustling part of tokyo. 💗

This Ryokan is in the heart of Tokyo and gives a traditional experience with modern amenities. The staff makes this a five stars! They are friendly and very helpful! Definitely would recommend. The rooms are very comfortable and English speaking friendly!

Beautiful traditional accommodation. The staff are very inviting and accommodating. Nicely located in the backstreets of Asakusa, with only 50m walk to hussle of markets, and another 50m walk in different direction to streets of food outlets.

The staff here is incredible, so friendly! Our room was clean and the location is fantastic. Free coffee, water, ice pops, and snacks. 5 minutes from the train/subway station. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful japanese style ryokan! We got a larger room which was perfectly spacious and very well maintained and clean. The onsen is beautiful and the reservation system was convenient and the staff even rang our room when it was ready for us. The gentlemen who operate the ryokan go so far above and beyond to be hospitable, they even took the time to take photos of me and my mother together! Centrally located in Asakusa and easy to walk around and see the temple, get food, and shop. Definitely recommend to all visitors!

This ryokan is conveniently located in the heart of Asakusa and near Senso-ji Temple. Our hosts were incredibly friendly, and the on-site amenities added a nice touch (e.g. private bath that can be booked, origami, games, etc. ).

Excellent central location. Front desk was very hospitable and spoke excellent English. Able to leave luggage (within reasonable time period, I left it till 1pm) even after check out at 10am. Has a lounge area with FREE water & coffee, small snacks, ice pop and some local games/activities (e.g. calligraphy). NO bathroom amenities (e.g. toothbrush/toothpaste), so bring your own. Private Onsen is available for 30mins booking, is big and clean although it was just hot water (not mineral spring water)

Location is right in the centre of Asakusa, 2 mins away from the main temple. Right within the pedestrian streets full of yummy eats. Room was very clean and traditional, however bathroom smelt abit. That’s ok though because you get 30 minutes a day in a private onsen downstairs, where you can shower and brush teeth etc. Right outside the accom you can see the Tōkyō sky, and it is beautiful at night.
