This was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Lisbon (and honestly, anywhere). The service was outstanding; every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly and attentive. The head chef personally came around to explain each dish to every guest, which made the whole experience feel intimate and special. The bartenders and host were equally warm and helpful, making the evening feel effortless from start to finish. The food was exceptional; every dish felt like a creative expression of Japanese inspiration with local Portuguese ingredients. The flavors were bold, unique, and perfectly balanced. We ordered the oysters, eggplant (a must-try!), miso corn, karaage chicken, and the sando (also a must-try!), and honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We tried many of the “highly recommended” spots around Lisbon, but Ryoshi blew them all away. If you’re in Lisbon and looking for something truly memorable; this is an absolute must-visit.

True Japanese (portuguese infused) experience. Loved sitting at the bar só I could watch the chefe - I’ll be coming back for sure! Ps: make sure you’ll be having at least 2 desserts!….

Such an interesting restaurant, with a curious cooking style and approach to food. Regular things like squids or a sandwich look like a fancy, and funny, thing. The service is slow, it's a no-rush restaurant, but the staff is nice. It is very small, so I recommend to book in advance, and it's possible to eat in front of the kitchen, right in front of the Chef. The atmosphere is irreverent and young, with dance music. At 11 PM you will ear an horn, meaning that is the last loud music of the night.

I would give 6 stars if that was an option! Absolutely incredible. It’s hard to choose my favorite between the gyozas, the katsu sando and the unagi don. The staff is amazing! Also, seat in the bar stools for a better experience

Just go! Amazed by the concept, atmosphere and service from Maria! Oyster, eel and the chef lucas sandwich are obligatory! Hope I'm back soon!

Everything was amazing, the food was 10/10. A very unique tasting menu with fresh ingredients, definitely will be coming back. Our favorites was the sashimi, sushi and the katsu sandwich.

The food was outstanding. Chef Lucas was exceptionally attentive, personally explaining each course and checking in after every dish. Service was excellent, and the sake shots were surprisingly good. My only critique is the music, it was quite loud, and a more ambient vibe would have suited the experience better. Aside from that, it was a 10/10.
