S Hotel Montego Bay

I attended this Facility in February 2026. I was impressed and had a Fantastic time. Small and quaint. The daily water aerobic was great. The ocean was great and the availability of lounge chairs and towels was a big plus. The Cafe had all the treats you would ever want to eat and the speciality health drinks that was offered was phenomenal. Overall the Food was great...I enjoyed the Jamaican Menu. Yes I would recommend this Facility. A bit pricey of all the places I have visited but it's worth it. S HOTEL GET MY APPROVAL

Great 9 day trip to S Hotel! Great experience! Good food, drinks, service, location on beach is great with some reefs you can snorkel close to beach. Everyone was friendly, hospitable, and polite. Spectacular views from the rooms. Shout out to the day manager very warm and hospitable, Oriel the pool server keeps the drinks flowing, Joel in the lobby bar. The gal cooking at the grill outside serves up some awesome Jerk Chicken consistently. All around good vibe and great place! We were there for our 30th anniversary and would do it again!

We stayed here last week and it was great. Lovely rooms with great views. The hotel is always clean. The food choices are on a smaller scale but the food is always cooked perfectly. The pool area has alot of very comfortable beds and loungers. The beach is sandy amd the water is clear. The staff are some of the nicest people in Jamaica and i hope we go back there next year! The smaller size of this resort was a highlight as everthing there is within easy reach. If we forget something in our room it only takes a minute and you back at you room without the long walks of the giant resorts and it never felt overcrowded.

We had a very pleasant stay at S hotel. Location is unbeatable and the beach access was the major draw for this hotel. The staff was friendly and food was great. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Beautiful views. Considering Jamaica is still recovering from the hurricane, I was very impressed that the hotel was fully operational. I do think they need more support staff to serve guests on the beach. It was nearly impossible to get a drink. More than once we ordered with the server, and the drink would never appear. I noticed it was usually one person serving the entire beach, which is not fair to the staff member. Guests are also not allowed to bring drinks from the pool bar, which worsens the issue. It was also difficult to get drinks while dining at the marketplace buffet. It’s possible there were staffing issues after the hurricane? Apart from this, experience was overall great and I would stay again.

Up on entry, we met a staff worker by the name of Mr. Peddie. He was very kind welcoming. My friends and I also got complimentary drinks when entering the hotel. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, and the dinner with live music was fantastic. The location over look the beach and the atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet, so peaceful . Definitely will visit again. And a big shout out to all the staff members for putting the work in and making it the best experience of my life.

S is the hotel to be to ring in the new year (2026). I had a super wonderful weekend. I spent time there before and it was great to be back. I love the ambience. It's even better this time around. The GM is phenomenal. I love how she interacts with the visitors. The staff is very courteous. Always smiling and ready to offer their service . They make you feel at home. |OMG, THE FOOD IS DELIGHTFULLY DELICIOUS. I have already invited my friends. My only regret is that I never took my grand kids. Now that you are accepting children, I will be back so they too can have a similar or better experience. Keep up the good work. Everyone I spoke with talked how delicious the food was daily. I enjoyed the live band.

S Hotel is absolutely amazing in every way. The staff in every part of the hotel are top class. Always smiling, stop to speak, polite, friendly and so professional. They all go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. Every one of them was a pleasure to meet. Thank you! The facilities at S Hotel are perfect. Its a small boutique hotel and the attention to detail is beautiful, with incredible historic art work & statues & landscaping. The pool area is clean, beautifully designed, relaxing, plenty of sunbeds.Again the staff constantly ensure you have everything you want. The food. Wow! We only ate in the buffet restaurant as the choice & quality of the food was fantastic. The curry goat & Oxtail was to die for. Everyday each meal was beautiful. Thank you chef i now need to go on a diet! Rooms were beautifully designed & the ocean view was picture perfect. Step on to the beach & the guys are ready to place your sunbeds for you. A perfect 8 days in the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Thank you

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the S Hotel in Montego Bay Jamaica 2 times, once in February /25 for 10 days and once again for 9 days in October. We cannot say enough about this property. The location is very convenient and close to the airport (less that 10 minutes). The property itself is very chic, very clean and extremely well appointed. The equipment (loungers/ chairs etc) is all high end. The staff are extremely attentive, cheerful and genuinely interested in making your stay the best possible. Shout outs to Ann Marie (Mrs. Pryce), Marlon, Andres, Orel, Zara and so many more staff who truly made our vacations memorable. This is a smaller property (apx 110 rooms) which (for us anyway) makes it much more intimate and convenient to navigate. The restaurants and all food offerings are stellar with quality and attention to detail being paramount. The beach (Doctor's Cave) is stunning as well as the pool area and lobby. If you desire a smaller property with great ammenities and don't like a long drive after you arrive- then the S Hotel should be on your list! Returning soon! Tom & Cathy
