Staying at the S Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The experience began with a seamless, stress-free check-in thanks to Deandra and Kristen, who were welcoming, efficient, and genuinely kind. Philip went above and beyond assisting with our bags and helping with anything we needed. His attentiveness and positive attitude made us feel cared for right away. Tanisha HC, the hostess, has been nothing short of amazing, consistently helpful, informative, and always warm. In the evenings, the front desk reps Camille and Moya truly stood out. They were attentive, friendly, and made every interaction feel personal and effortless. The security team also deserves special recognition. From our arrivals to our departures for various destinations, they made us feel safe and comfortable at all times, no matter the hour, day or night. What truly sets this hotel apart is the energy of the entire team. Everyone is knowledgeable, funny, and filled with joy. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. It has been a pleasure staying here, and I would absolutely recommend the S Hotel to anyone visiting Kingston. I had an amazing stay at S Hotel Kingston. I was there in the summer with my grandson. And once again, the staff did not disappoint. As you moved throughout the hotel, there was always a pleasant staff member to greet you with a smile and ready to assist you if needed. Not to mention the fantastic breakfast that was prepared each morning!! Always fresh, and appetizing!! One gets a "hearty" breakfast to start ones day! I truly love it at S Hotel Kingston. It makes coming home such a joy!!

This my third time staying at the S Hotel Kingston and the service has always been impeccable. Friendly staff, rooms and public areas are well kept and maintained. Special thank you to Joseph from Reservations, Kirsten and Deandra from Front Desk, Tanisha W and Tanisha R from the restaurant team - always exceeding expectations. My êxperience at SC was phenomenal from arrival to departure. The food was superb from calaloo to escoveich fish. The ambience, the staff friendly, helpful and always smiling. The service provided by the three Tanisha’s: Tanisha W, Tanisha R, and Tanisha HC was excellent! Melanie was also excellent. The food was great. I gave the chef a shout out about the cabbage yesterday and today the callaloo was awesome. And I would add honesty as well yesterday, while I took some funds out to tip my server a small wad of US dollars fell from my pocket and a staffer came to me asking if I had missed anything. when I realized I did, I told him what a amount he quickly handed it over to me. That’s rare these days and so that’s what mentioning as well . Overall the places is nice clean welcoming well kept staff is courteous and very professional highly recommend stop with check by the

I enjoy coming to S Hotel this is my fifth time here so that should say a lot. The staff make you feel like family and they are very professional and helpful. I do like that we get breakfast included and the rooms are very clean. The local is perfect and is very close to a lot of interesting land marks and tourists attractions, it’s also easy to get to the airport. I want to give a special thanks to Tanisha Henry- Campbell for giving a warm welcome and making sure that my stay was awesome. Thank you so much and I will be back next year.

Staff are friendly and attentive. They are knowledgeable about the amenities and what’s happening in and around Kingston. Special shoutouts to Kristen and Deandra from Front Desk, Taneisha W from the restaurant and Tanisha HC who is always checking to make sure everything was great with stay.
