I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The location is perfect and made everything so convenient for our stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet our needs. A special thank you to Mr. Owen and Tanesha from the restaurant — they truly catered to our every need and made our dining experience exceptional. Their hospitality really stood out! The rooms are clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. The welcome/service desk staff is also super friendly and welcoming, which made check-in and any requests seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This trip was absolutely phenomenal. The hotel staff were very accommodating and made sure my family and I were well taken care of here. The warm, inviting energy was felt throughout the entire stay. A few honorable mentions were Tanisha, Garnett, and Winston. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our time here. The amenities were amazing, as well. Overall, great food and service, relaxing poolside, and an amazing ambience. I would recommend this hotel to those who are interested in looking to vacation in the business district of Kingston.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well cared for. Tanisha stood out with her warm attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness—she truly made the experience special. Breakfast was included with our stay, which was a great bonus. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of delicious Jamaican options available to us. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The overall energy of the hotel was positive, relaxed, and inviting, creating a great atmosphere for rest and enjoyment.

I stayed for three nights and I must say that the service was was good. The staff are very professional and courteous. I must make mention Miss Tanisha HC whom I've interacted with. She represented her office quite well. She's an excellent customer service personnel who tries to ensure that guests are satisfied with service offered. I must also mention the front desk staff as well. From the desk that served the welcome juice to the receptionists. Being the first contact of S Hotel, they represented themselves well and make you feel at home I will definitely come back. On a different note, I think there's needs to be more variety on the breakfast menu. Finally the prices for meals are a bit exorbitant. Notwithstanding, it's a nice place to stay.

I had the most wonderful stay at Spanish court. The staff were awesome especially Romario and Tanisha HC. The food was incredible! And the ambience is great. It was great to stay in a place that had a pool and a gym. I didn’t get to use the spa, but next time I’ll be straight in there! It’s in a wonderful location in New Kingston and easily accessible to everywhere. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed the hotel and it's location. Atmosphere was very inviting. Facility was clean. Food was delicious both breakfast and dinner. The staff was exceptional; very courteous and professional. Most went out of their to facilitate my needs. I should not hesitate to recommend this hotel to the authorities that be in other words I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a place to stay.
