S Hotel Kingston

I had a wonderful experience at the S Hotel. I arrived a little early, but check-in was smooth, with a refreshing cold welcome drink. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the black chicken stew. The pool area was relaxing. Dinner was also enjoyable, with polite and friendly service. The rooms were spotless and well-appointed. Every member of staff I encountered was warm and professional. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back on my business trips.

This is an amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of new kingston with superior guest service at every encounter. Rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and very clean. My little one & I enjoy the beautiful pool area with the large lounger day beds. The decor with reggae inspired artwork throughout the hotel is something to talk about. Food is amazing with the most attentive servers...Cecile, Garnett, Tanisha, Kadian namely. Moya & Camille at front desk are great. I did miss the warm towel and champagne on Arrival which used to be the Spanish Court standard back in the day. Little details like the lack of shower caps & dental kit upon my request was a bit odd seeing it's a luxury hotel. However, my other concerns were quickly addressed & sorted. All in all this hotel gives great value and the GM Imelda is a gem.

The family decided that this year’s trip would be to a hotel in Kingston and let’s say we did not regret. |Check in was smooth and we got cold towels and a welcome drink. |The breakfast was top tier, especially the porridge, makes you miss home. The pool area was relaxing and the bartender Akeem D was very attentive. |We encountered Andre by the pool who would always make sure we had towels and were comfortable. |The Sky Bar for dinner was good, servers were always polite, especially Kenesha and Mark. |Our rooms were clean and perfect. |Everyone we encountered was amazing. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return. Thank you to the team.

I stayed here for the independence weekend to attend grand gala and I must say my stay was great. |It was close to the national stadium where the event took place and the paintings inside this hotel are so vibrant and beautiful. Gives a very nostalgic feeling.

My recent stay at the S Hotel was nothing short of amazing. Mr. Perrin and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and were genuinely accommodating. Their hospitality was unmatched and quite professional. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious traditional Jamaican breakfast, which offered an authentic taste of the island. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend staying here if you're in Kingston, Jamaica.

Beautiful hotel in Kingston right next to everything like a grocery store across the street and restaurants a short walk away. Amazing staff and food! Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Sky bar is really nice with live music and a pool! Definitely recommend the swedish massage!

Stayed here with my girlfriend for our anniversary weekend and it was nothing short of amazing. The Cabana pool is a great place to relax. The breakfast options are great and the rooms are clean and the perfect size. Would definitely recommend.
