S. Nikolis Historic Boutique Hotel

This is the best place to stay in Rhodes old town !!! We were lucky enough to stay a couple of days in september to enjoy this fabulous building. The location is incredible, balancing vicinity to the main street with calm (yes you can access the rooftop, where you can see the old town walls). The fresh cooked breakfast was delicious, especially within the settings of the small medieval court, surrounded by artifacts and old stone. The staff was attentive and wonderful with us, we had so much laughs with Michalis and Alessandro (and also great recommendations for good places to eat!). They even posted our postal cards when we were a bit of a hurry to get to the airport. We highly recommend this place !! I did forget my sunglasses there but oh well 😌

Too many things and places get too easily recommended (especially restaurants on Rhodes, beware of that), but not S. Nikolis, which I can wholeheartedly recommend. What matters to me in a hotel are that it is (1) clean, (2) the rooms are in a neat and maintained state, and (3) that it is quiet so you can get a good rest. S. Nikolis checks all these boxes for sure and adds great service on top. The people at reception are all really nice and helpful and so are the people at breakfast. Talking about breakfast, that is also good and gets you going for the busy - and warm - Rhodes days. If only they would also (occasionally) serve dinner, it would be perfect. The location is great, just inside the walls of the old city, so everything is close by enough, but also far away enough to limit the noise from places in old town that stay open late. We were there with our - then - 5 month baby and he had all the quiet and space that we needed. Looking for a place in old town? Look no further!

5 Stars is hardly sufficient to describe our 2-night stay! Located on a quiet cobblestone street in Old Town, this historic gem blends old & new with aplomb. Our spacious softly lit suite boasted rich, gleaming wood furnishings with an historic touch and a modern bathroom with double sinks, a huge walk-in shower, bright lighting, & every amenity you could want. Mike (our host) was helpful, personable, and genuinely happy to sit and chat with us. He gave us restaurant & shopping recommendations which were spot-on. Maria served us a delicious made-to-order breakfast in a quaint courtyard surrounded by lemon trees and period decor. The hotel location was close enough to all the hustle & bustle of Old Town, but far enough away to offer us a quiet paradise. Leaving was bittersweet, but we know we will return to the S. Nikolis soon.

We stayed 3 nights in St Nikolis Hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Located in a quiet part of Rhodes town but still close to the busier centre. We loved the room and the balcony with the courtyard view. The whole place has got amazing atmosphere. The hotel staff were superb, always lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

We were happy to spend a night in this hotel. Very hospitable manager Alexandros helped us a lot. ||Beds and pillows are great, sound proof is OK, breakfast is superb. Room was fresh and cosy. Location is top, near to everything and its convenient and close to get to the hotel from Saint Aphanasios gate.||Highly recommend!

From the moment you step into the room, you feel as if you have entered a completely different time. An absolutely wonderful hotel — worth experiencing for this feeling alone. Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their kindness and assistance. We also truly appreciated the complimentary bottle of Greek wine left in our room — such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely come back again!

From the minute we walked in this hotel we were greeted by genuinely friendly and professional staff. The hotel room was spotless and of a high standard. The hotel itself is very old and again it has been renovated with attention to detail. We found this hotel to be one of the best we have stayed at. Breakfast in the walled gardens was peaceful. The breakfast menu had many different items to choose from, and the food was cooked to order. The quality of the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Mike & Mo Grevatt.

We stayed one night at St Nicolis historic boutique Hotel and it was amazing.|If you want to stay in old town to feel historical Rhodes ,its decoration and Location is definitely the right place.|It was just 15 min. Walk to Rhodes Castle museum main gate and the touristic and historic Knights Street and also Sokratous street where you can find shops and restaurants..|Hotel is very clean ,comfortable , very friendly and helpful stuff ..|We will definitely stay for the next time in this Hotel ..
