Very nice hip hotel halfway between the city center and the airport. The manager Noi is incredibly helpful and aims with his "team" to please guests. I had a beautiful room on the top floor. Nice swimming pool. Smallish gym. Very good buffet breakfast. While it a long walk to the city center/night market (30 minutes), I either used a bicycle or Noi arranged for transport at no cost which I thought was a nice touch.

Highs - front of house team, Khun NOY and the quality of the rooms. The housekeeping staff were great too. |Lows - REALLY rubbish rooftop bar staff (zero personality) and breakfast buffet staff (likewise) We were going to eat in the rooftop restaurant but the staff were so robotic we changed our mind. |The 8th floor studio room is WONDERFUL, ask them for cooking utensils and cutlery. |Gym - small, as is the pool. Breakfast is so bad that we didn’t eat it on the second day - nothing for vegan or vegetarians. |It scored 4 stars for the aforementioned staff and the quality/value for money of the rooms.

I just checked out of this hotel. The staff is totally unexperienced and this can be problematic and lead to multiple communication issues. Management does not seem very involved. They overcharged us at the restaurant, then agreed to adjust it yet we still got charged for it. They even threatened to call the police if we refused to pay it, and asked our cab driver not to leave until it was paid in full. Lol. The staff always tries to justify themselves, but I don’t work here and I didn’t need to be involved in their mgmt issues. The breakfast is really not interesting nor worth going to. For the price paid (USD 55 a night), I’d say there are certainly other places to stay in Vientiane. The room was not clean, see the picture. I’ll report it to agoda - I booked this stay on their website. Finally, they have one of the most beautiful rooftops ever yet their staff is not taking care of their few and rare customers and remain heads down on their phones during service hours, sad and quite unacceptable. Oh, last but not least they didn’t even have a baby cot. Our baby slept on the floor. 👎

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, and hospitable, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a unique and eclectic decor that added to the charm of the place.||One of the highlights was the rooftop restaurant, which offers stunning views of the Mekong River and serves fantastic cocktails. It's the perfect spot to unwind, especially at sunset. The pool was also enjoyable, though it could use a bit of maintenance.||The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the bustling riverside area, yet still peaceful. For the price, it offers excellent value, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the area. Definitely worth it!

Great room condition for the price. There is swimming pool. Friendly staff. Large parking lot. Small kitchen in the room like a studio room. Close to the airport, but not many places for travelers to walk. Other than the smell of the bathroom and the old building, it was a satisfactory stay.

Didnt have very hot water for Any of the 3 showers i took- not good enough. the hotel booked a taxi 4 people with 4 Bags to the AirPort for 200k should have been Max 20k if we had ordered a taxi with a meter , really disappointed as the Journey takes 4 mins…. The hotel should be able to book appropriate transport……!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Booked this place for the fitness room. If you are a gym junkie, the fitness room has all the major necessities except for a squat rack. There are dumbells that goes up to 50 lbs and there is an adjustable bench. You also have your lat pull down machine, treadmill, yoga mats, etc. Highly recommend for the decent location and fitness room.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a mixed experience. Upon arrival, I had to wait an hour for my room, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger suite, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, with a beautiful view and a kitchen. The hotel has a nice, clean swimming pool and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including eggs, bread, juice, biscuits, and fruits. The reception and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. There's also a lovely coffee shop downstairs, a beautiful restaurant with a nice view upstairs and clean gym. Daily cleaning service was provided. Overall, a pleasant stay despite the initial wait.
