S Park Design Hotel

The room price is not expensive. There is breakfast, fitness and a small swimming pool. The reception staff is good and smiling. The roof is open as a rooftop bar at night. You can sit and sip a drink and enjoy the view. Inside, near the reception, there is a part that is open as a coffee shop. If you walk out to the front of the hotel, there is a coffee shop and restaurant. You can say that staying here is complete and comfortable.

We were in Vientiane 1 night to catch our flight out the next morning. We chose this place because of its proximity to the airport. It was about a 7 minute drive which was convenient. When we entered the hotel there was a large group of people smoking and drinking right by the entrance which gave a weird vibe that I didn’t like. The service was great and the staff spoke English well. The rooms were large and clean but had mosquitos. We had lots of windows and natural light although our view was a construction site and the noise started pretty early in the morning. The wifi was strong although the ac was not strong. The place is a bit out of the city centre and also about 30 mins from the night market

Staff are extremely friendly and helpfull. I stayed for more than week. Enjoyed morning free breakfast everyday. Then ordered a coffee and ice water, sit down doing my works remotely. At night, I went to dinner and clubbing with friends. I am hoping to come back for holiday soon.

We stayed 2 nights and it was good value. We had a Junior Suite with Balcony on the 8th floor. It was large and well equipped. The views from the balcony were great by day and even better with the superb sunsets. The rooftop bar was a lovely romantic place for a drink in the evening.|One improvement that could be made- the hotel should print off some maps of the city for guests to use. The hotel is in walking distance of the centre but it's as well to use a Loca back. |We enjoyed our stay and would recommend

This is the hotel I visit every time I come to Laos. The facilities are very clean, and there’s a coffee shop in the lobby during the day and a restaurant in the evening, which is super convenient! The staff are really friendly, so I highly recommend this place!!

I went out of my room for 2 hours, when I came back someone had stolen 600 Euro and 800000 KIP out of my suitcase. based on the video recording they could see in this time was only one person in my room, a man from the hotel staff who repaired the AC. but nobody in the hotel did anything to solve the problem. even the manager had no interested to talk to his mechanic and to help me get my money back.

Highs - front of house team, Khun NOY and the quality of the rooms. The housekeeping staff were great too. |Lows - REALLY rubbish rooftop bar staff (zero personality) and breakfast buffet staff (likewise) We were going to eat in the rooftop restaurant but the staff were so robotic we changed our mind. |The 8th floor studio room is WONDERFUL, ask them for cooking utensils and cutlery. |Gym - small, as is the pool. Breakfast is so bad that we didn’t eat it on the second day - nothing for vegan or vegetarians. |It scored 4 stars for the aforementioned staff and the quality/value for money of the rooms.

Very nice hip hotel halfway between the city center and the airport. The manager Noi is incredibly helpful and aims with his "team" to please guests. I had a beautiful room on the top floor. Nice swimming pool. Smallish gym. Very good buffet breakfast. While it a long walk to the city center/night market (30 minutes), I either used a bicycle or Noi arranged for transport at no cost which I thought was a nice touch.
