"Havana in 360-degrees For only $2, climb the Gómez Villa building to get a quick demonstration of the rare camera obscura and the views of the city it reflects. Go out to the roof afterwards to take photos of the Plaza Vieja, El Capitolio, Regla or just the neighboring façades."
The "Camara Oscura" is a nice quick tourist attraction located in the Old Sqaure where you will be presented with a 360 view of Old Havana using a periscope. The lady was very knowledgeable and professional in her explanations. We spent roughly 30 minutes there not more. Be ready to climb a few floors of stairs.

Interesting. And a professional gives guide gives a nice talk. Ymmv. An anachronism but hey only 5 such cameras left in the world. A plus is the nice view from the rooftop after your tour. Take your time. Stay a while for the view. Long walk up the stairs though.

It's totally worth the 2CUC donation to get to the top of the building. You can get a great 360 view of Old Havana. The little presentation they show you is about 10 minutes and somewhat informative. I recommend this for anyone looking for a rooftop overlook of Old Havana!

A must do in old Havana. The view on the rooftop ist breathtaking. The presentation about the telescope was thoughtfully given in two languages and it was very interesting. A live camera. Totally worth it

Cámara Oscura (or Darkroom) offers nice views of Habana Vieja and the Harbor. The primitive device is quite impressive. One of the more unique things you'll see anywhere -- well worth the visit.
