To start with, we really appreciated both the ambience and the service. We chose the six-course menu and selected a wine from the very extensive wine list. The food was refined and delicious. However, the portions are simply too small, even for a high-end restaurant. This is not Michelin-star cuisine. In addition, the first four courses are all served in bowls and eaten with a spoon, which lacks variety. I add a picture of the "main dish" served after the 4 bowls, even this a tiny portion. The entire menu (!) contains roughly a teaspoon of carbohydrate-based sides (excluding the sourdough bread) and we left hungry. In conclusion, while the quality of the food shows clear potential, the overall experience is currently unsatisfactory and overpriced, even by Copenhagen standards.
