Fratelli Castellano

After eating here, I realize that I have had so much bad pizza in my life. 😭 I came here because the reviews are so good and I was not disappointed. The crust was perfect--thin and soft. I love a good tomato sauce on my pizza and this was everything I could hope for. The cheese was so good and in perfect ratio with the sauce so I could fully appreciate both. Simply perfection in my opinion. ON TOP of the incredible pizza, the people here were incredibly kind and welcoming. We didn't gave a reservation but they were so nice and fit us in. We arrived right after they opened for dinner at 7. The seating is very limited and there was a crowd outside by the time we were leaving. I recommend getting a reservation or being there when the doors open. A pizza to go would also be a great choice--take it and enjoy in a park.

Walked by this pizzeria on my way to my hotel. It’s packed inside and there was a crowd standing outside ordering from the takeout window and waiting for their to-go pizzas. Delivery men on mopeds waiting on the orders coming and going. I needed to try this place and I did! The pizzas were fantastic. I had the Castellano’s and the Marinara Sbagliata. I wished I stayed long enough to try the Toto, Maradona and the Al Pesto.

Absolutely delicious! We ordered several pizzas from Fratelli Castellano, and every single one was full of flavor, perfectly baked, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can really taste the care that goes into their food. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic, tasty pizza. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

One of the best pizzas in Paris—easily in my top 3! Fratelli Castellano is a small but authentic Neapolitan pizzeria run by two brothers from Naples. The dough is perfect, and the tomato sauce is top-quality. I tried the Prosciutto and Tonno pizzas—both were 8.5/10. Expect a queue, but it’s worth it. 100% recommend!

Not my favorite Napolitan pizza, but VERY popular in the area. Lines get really busy, especially evenings! Prices are a slightly higher than other pizzas in the neighborhood that can be as good or even better depending on each one 's taste buds

The best Napoletana style pizza I've had outside of Italy! A little hole in the wall opening lunch and evenings serving up fresh yeasted dough topped with your choice of high quality Italian ingredients and cooked to order so it is as fresh as can be. I tried the napoli napoli napoli pizza which is a flavoursome tomato base with salty anchovies and acidic olives with the melted creamy mozzarella. It was so so delicious and the dough itself was light and not heavy. The charred crust was the best part. The jambon blanc with burrata and truffle was also very very good. They are big pizzas for great prices and a place that truly shows high quality authentic pizzas as if you were in Italy.

Pizza preferences can be highly subjective, and my experience at a pizzeria with ten friends highlighted this fact. Remarkably, none of us agreed on which pizza was the best, underscoring that my review reflects only my personal opinion. During my visit, I tried two pizzas: the Marinara del Nonno and the Al Pesto. I found the Marinara had an overwhelming amount of tomato sauce, and the dough was too thick and lacked the desired crispiness. On the other hand, the Al Pesto pizza was exceptional. The pesto's flavor was incredibly fresh, and the balance between the sauce, cheese, and toppings was perfect. Beyond the food, the pizzeria's friendly service and inviting atmosphere significantly enhanced the dining experience. I recommend dining in, as the ambiance adds to the enjoyment of the meal, which might not be replicated with delivered pizzas.

Perfect pizza, from the crust the sauce it was amazing! Was able to get a table at 1pm Saturday, only seats about 20 max.
