A chance visit at Phoenix at One became a pleasantly satisfying experience! Was assigned a senior hairstylist Sherry and her skills were outstanding! She was patient and friendly and she understood what I wanted. The haircut turned up to be one of the best haircuts I have ever had! The rest of the experience was very good too. I was randomly assigned to Tata for a wash and blow dry, and I was genuinely amazed by how gentle and attentive he was with my hair. You can truly tell when someone puts their heart into their work. He took great care and effort in styling my hair and the results were incredible. I had zero expectations to be honest, but it turned out to be one of the best hair curls I’ve ever had. Thank you Tata for making my day! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I did detox treatment yesterday. Staffs are friendly. Price is not cheap but worth it. Their blowout style is great.

I experienced bad situation here. Brushes and scissors were not enough clean, cleaning takes 1 hr. I didn’t own that time. Also experienced rude barber (sorry, that’s true), and I don’t believe staff notify owner a customer’s wishes and complaints. I spent money to get here and didn’t get haircut.

I went there and asked for korean perm today. They were really professional and took a lot of care throughout the process by asking some questions and even asked me to show a few photos of what I had in mind. They made sure I was aware of the possible difference my hair could look like compared to the pictures. Really happy with the result of the perm in the end. Too bad i live overseas otherwise I would definitely be their regular customer. Will visit again when I come to Bangkok!

I took my wife to this place after we got a price on the services they would provide. 2500 Thai Bhat was what they agreed to do her hair. When she got there it was bait and switch. Not a good experience - she was smart and left.

Did the hair and scalp cleansing (500 THB) and stylist level haircut (500 THB). Service was very good. Cut was great. The stylist gave me great suggestions on styling my hair. Cleansing was basically soaking and rinsing the hair and scalp in solution, followed by two rounds of washing.
