Very disappointing experience. I have been coming to this salon for nearly two years and usually have a regular hairstylist, but this visit was extremely unpleasant.
It started with the hair wash — only cold water was available. The assistant asked me to wait, and I waited for about 15 minutes with no solution. I had to go to the front desk myself, and only then was I moved to another washing station. During the wash, the assistant scratched my scalp with his fingernails and pulled my hair roughly, which was painful.
For the haircut, I showed clear reference photos and explained the style I wanted. The hairstylist said he understood, but after cutting for a long time, the result still looked unfinished. He then left to serve another customer and asked the assistant to blow-dry my hair. The final result looked nothing like the reference photo.
When I asked him to make adjustments, he refused, saying it could not be exactly the same as the picture. However, my hairstyle was not just different — it was completely unrelated. He became irritated, apologized, said I didn’t need to pay, but still refused to fix the haircut. Eventually, I paid and left.
Overall: poor management, bad attitude, inadequate facilities, and unprofessional service. I don’t know what has happened to this salon recently, but after two years as a customer, this will be my last visit.
