Good location. Short walk to town. Situated on a hill so the return walk was a good workout. |We had a lovely view of the lake from our room.|Overall the room and facilities were great and clean except for the bathroom. Not sure if they missed cleaning and refilling in the bathroom. It definitely needed a very thorough clean. We had to ask staff twice (3 hours apart) to refill our toiletries which were completely empty. Maybe a little attention to detail there would be good.

We stayed for 4 nights in this apartment it was great. The bed very comfortable, bathroom clean with heated towel racks. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The living area was separate to the bedroom and gad a fining table which was much appreciated. The views from the balcony were lovely and of the opposite mountain and golf course. Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Also included washing machine and dryer in apartment which was useful.

What a fabulous apartment for our 4 night stay in Queenstown! The apartment had everything we needed for the kitchen including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and all the utensils plus a washing machine / dryer. I wouldn’t say it’s plush and 5* but it’s definitely clean & very comfortable & all we needed! ||Very spacious apartment with a great balcony offering the most amazing views of the mountains and lake! ||Apartment was about 10min walk into centre - we walk fairly quick so allow 15-20 if you’re taking an amble. It is at the top of a fairly steep hill but if you struggle with hills, you can walk an alternative route (the road parallel to the hill) which is much easier! |Also only a 5min walk to Queenstown gardens - great place to run through too! ||Loved staying here. Housekeeping were very lovely when we met them. Would stay again!

We stayed in Two Bed Courtyard for 3 nights. I like: 1. Bed is firm and pillows are fluffy. I slept well here. 2. Great location. The apartment is close to bus stop and town center. 3. Having a Jacuzzi in the bathroom is really amazing. And the hair conditioner! 4. The kitchenware and appliances are just what we needed. There’s even a rice cooker! 5. There’s a drying rack in the apartment if you don’t want to spend $4 on dryer. I dislike: 1. Spa pool is under maintenance for they-are-not-sure-how-long. This maintenance is not mentioned the website. 2. The nonstick frying pan is totally worn out and the coating is coming off. 3. Although most parts of the apartment is clean, vents in the bathroom and toilet are covered in dust. 4. There’s only 1 heater on first floor. No heater in the both bedrooms. 5. It took more than an hour to heat up the water after two people took a shower. It’s just ridiculous……

This place is pretty great. Perfectly great in many ways. The room is just nice and comfortable for us to rest and sleep. The surrounding of the room is very clean. Also, the distance to travel to the town centre is about 10 mins walk. Near and strategic location to be at. Second visit (18/5-21/5) Came here again for another stay. Great and pleasant stay like the first one (above). The staffs (Katy, Chloe, Hannah and Rinne) are very nice, hospitable and friendly people towards the hotel guests. Two thumbs up to them as they truly deserved it. Again, thank you Garden Court Suites & Apartments team

Had lovely one bedroom apartment, with balcony and view across to the lake. Well stocked with tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets, daily servicing. Staff friendly and polite. Room can get stuffy, so just run the air con and bathroom extractor fan.

Overpriced and location not .|Stayed here as part of a group booking before a week cycle. Apartments are at the top of a very steep hill which entails a 10 minute walk into town and a 15 minute walk back up. Not good for our group who are in their seventies. |Currently road works are happening outside the apartments which are very noisy snd start very early in the morning. |Apartments are very dated and tired looking. Breakfast terrible . No room service until 5pm. We paid the equivalent of a 5 star hotel and definitely was not worth the price.|On return stayed in another apartment hotel right on the waterfront and for much less

Our intended stay at The Garden Court Suites was from 20th to 24th December 2024. ||However having paid in full at reception the accommodation was so bad we left after about 40 minutes without unpacking having agreed on a 3 night refund. ||The property failed to refund us and after 30 days of constant chasing them, the well know booking platform we used for the reservation stepped in and refunded us. Full credit to them, but shame on the Marsden Group that own the property. ||This is the first time I have had a bad experience of a property. The accommodation was so poor in relation to its description that we did not stay and made alternative arrangements at our own expense. ||Whilst the receptionist was very kind, she only had authority to refund three out of the four nights. I felt we should have a full refund for the four nights as the apartment we were allocated was simply awful. I guess that isn’t going to happen so beware if you do opt to stay here. ||The issues were.|1. Upon opening the door the whole property smelt foul and of stale curry.|2. The kitchen area was dirty and greasy.|3. The furniture in the lounge was very dated and getting tatty as were the carpets and the bedrooms.|4. Similarly the bathrooms were not to a standard you would expect for a £250-£300 a night property or its description. |5. The”patio garden” was not a garden. It wasn’t even secure. It was a small area which was pretty much a path along the entire length of all the property’s which anyone could access.|6. Views were limited to say the least. |7. Parking was awful. Basically our allocated space was tight up against next door’s front door in a very tight alleyway.|8. Beware of the photos with lake views. Whilst I am sure the far end properties probably do have some sort of view, the majority are at right angles to this, and have either no view at all such as ours would have been or run parallel to a road. ||In summary we left without unpacking and within 40 minutes of arrival and stayed in a hotel over the road. ||You will see from my previous reviews I have never had the need to do a review such as this before. ||I note other reviews are positive maybe we were unlucky but I wouldn’t ever consider staying here or any Marsden Group property again.

Yelp
My unit was next to the main road. There was also construction on the main road at nighttime on my last night there. It kept waking me up. Walls are very thin. Luckily I only had noisy neighbors for one night. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. There was a small dishwasher. The shower was great and there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Ironing board and iron was also provided in this one bedroom unit. Great location near the downtown area full of shops and restaurants.

Yelp
Noisy rooms, incredibly thin walls, and very little sleep. That's the headline after 8 nights. The two stars rather than one is a result of the helpful staff who, after we complained about excessive noise that went on past 1am, moved us to another unit. Yet, even as I type this review I hear the neighbour going to the bathroom. Can't recommend nor will we return.

Yelp
The front desk was super nice to us. We had to add an extra day to our regular booking & we didn't have any issues, plus the price she gave us was better than through hotels dot com. The hotel room was large & spacious. I saw the cleaning ladies everyday cleaning other rooms, so you know they are thorough. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the center of Queenstown so it was very convenient. We parked our car complimentarty in the back. Internet is $4 for 24 hours which is cheap.

Yelp
The rooms here are very nice and the office staff are fantastic. However the rooms weren't very sound proof, and the cleaning staff are very loud. But I will definitely stay here again.

Yelp
The interior of the apartment was in good shape with a some great views of the mountains. However, all of that was soiled by the thin ceiling (heard footsteps all evening) and very rude housecleaning staff. Besides the normal banging around, they played the radio on full volume - so loud the bass rattled picture frames in my room next door. They could be heard yelling and whistling in the hallways. But the absolute worst offense was they were discussing at the top of their voices about adult-themed subject matters - I mean topics inappropriate for a pub, let alone a hotel hallway. Luckily once they left, the apartment was an okay place to stay, but I certainly would not recommend it. There are no restaurants nearby so be prepared for a hike into town, or drive and fight tooth-and-nail for parking.

Yelp
Very clean place to stay. We (three adults) were in a two-bedroom unit with two levels (2 bedrooms and half-bath upstairs, living room, full-bath and kitchen downstairs). The lower level was quite dark and unappealing to spend much time in- luckily we were not there at all during the day. The twin bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortable for an adult, but would probably be just fine for a child. Small view and ample natural light in the main bedroom upstairs. Laundry facilities were convenient. Front desk staff was VERY nice, cheerful and helpful and the place was kept quite clean by the daily maid service. The breakfast is terrible- toast, stale cereal, yogurt and canned fruit EVERY day- no change. No fresh fruits or foods. Nothing hot to eat. Go into town for breakfast (it's only slightly more expensive and far better). It's located on a very busy road, which makes the front approach to the hotel a little unpleasant.
