A charming little shop tucked in Polanco with a well edited selection of home wares. The staff are friendly, and Eli helped me w a unique souvenir all handmade in Mexico. The perfect stop while wandering the leafy streets, I hope to be back soon!

Such amazing ceramics and such a lovely team! This was my third time back to Onora and each time I wish I had more room in my luggage. Wonderful servewear, artwork and linens as well - all handmade and so beautiful.

Tourist scam warning. This store looks legitimate and has beautiful handcrafted items and friendly staff, but the friendliness is part of the sales tactic. Nothing has prices listed. I was quoted 1,500 MXN, the item was wrapped, and when I went to pay they tried to charge 4,500 MXN. When I questioned it, they insisted I was wrong and tried to pressure me since the item was already wrapped. The person who quoted the original price conveniently disappeared. After reading more reviews, I realized this is a pattern. They find out where you’re from and inflate prices. Shops that treat customers honestly list their prices. This place does not. I wanted to love this place but I’d avoid it.

Very lovely store with ceramics, clothing, and other crafts made in Mexico. Kind staff that’s helpful and neatly wraps gifts for your travels. Highly recommend

They always have such quality pieces for your home. This time we picked up pottery with a new unique technique of varnishing pigment into the terracotta.

Onora is a lovely shop with beautiful items from traditional artists. The salespeople were attentive and helpful, taking the time to tell me about various artists and explain their methods. They also did a great job wrapping up my purchase for travel.

I had a lovely experience and recommend checking this out-all ceramics are 100% handcrafted by a family run workshop in Mexico. Beautiful collection of ceramics and textiles from artisans throughout Mexico. We found a beautiful green glazed ceramic pot that we wanted to bring home. It was carefully packaged and boxed up and made it back in one piece.
