Every corner is premium and highly "Instagrammable." • Products: The Andaman Sails collection remains a standout sophisticated and refreshing. The post-treatment organic rice tea and fresh fruit are a lovely, high quality touch. • The Service: This is where the experience falters slightly. While the staff is efficient and professional, the process feels too much like a "factory." It is highly standardized and fast-paced, lacking the warmth and "personal touch" you’d expect from a luxury spa. It feels more like a well oiled business operation than a soulful wellness retreat. Summary: Perfect for those who value convenience, top tier products, and sleek design. However, if you are looking for a more heart centered, boutique service, the vibe here might feel a bit too mechanical.

If you’re looking for time to unwind and truly relax, I highly recommend experiencing a spa session at Panpuri Wellness. I chose the 170-minute “Restful Sleep” course, which includes an ice bath, onsen, body massage, and facial treatment — a complete and deeply rejuvenating experience. A special thank you to Jam for the warm and attentive welcome — the service from the moment I arrived was impeccable and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. For those who prefer a firmer, stronger massage, I highly recommend Rose as your therapist. She is excellent and incredibly skilled — one of the best massages I’ve had.

Had an amazing 90min Holistic Rebalancing Massage with Thai Herbal Compress there during my trip. Upon arrival the staff walked you through a health questionnaire and the various massage oil scents. Once that’s completed, my massage therapist Fon took me to the massage suite and which is equipped with shower, wash basin, wardrobe for your personal items. The massage was exactly what needed after my long travels and jet lag, I chose the “Indochine” massage oil which had lemon grass in it and it was incredibly relaxing. During the massage Fon was communicative and making sure that the massage was just the right strength. It was so relaxing I definitely fell asleep during parts of it! Once the massage is completed they serve hot tea and fresh fruits at the lobby area. There’s also an area where you can purchase Panpuri products, my only complaint about the whole experience was the majority of the products/scents I wanted were out of stock, which was a real pity! Overall great first experience at Panpuri, I’d definitely go back to pamper myself next time I’m in BKK!

I did the restful sleep program and it was truly special. I felt very relaxed and invigorated after the treatment. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially my therapist, khun Mymint. She was really attentive to my needs and provided excellent service. Overall I had an amazing experience and would definitely revisit when I get a chance.

I had an amazing experience at Panpuri Wellness. The massage was excellent, and the service from the very beginning was truly outstanding. All the staff were incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. Even though I came alone, my partner who waited for me was also well taken care of and offered a drink, which I really appreciated. The place is extremely clean, calm, and beautifully maintained. During the treatment, the therapist explained each step clearly and consistently checked in to make sure the pressure and treatment were exactly what I needed. After the session, I was served fresh fruit and tea, which made the experience feel even more special and well worth the price. I also loved the amenities provided that I could take home. As a Panpuri fan, this was truly a perfect experience from the first moment to the last—there was nothing to fault at all. the massage was very relaxing, the bed was comfortable, and they had several oil scents to choose from. The therapist was friendly and lovely. Overall everything was great. The only downside was that the reception area was quite crowded and a bit chaotic, but once you get into the private massage room, it’s totally fine.

I had a lovely time!!! I spent my birthday away from home for work and decided to spend the day in Pañpuri for some self-care . I truly appreciate their sweet gestures to make the day extra special. Extra shout out to Wave and Ammy at reception and Rose, my therapist for the day. I’ve visited several spas around the globe and I am very much impressed with Pañpuri’s facilities, service, ambiance and the lovely staff…oh and the massage was wonderful. O am definitely coming back.

Such a great first experience at Panpuri Wellness! The 170-minute Restful Sleep Journey helped me completely unwind and recharge. Trying the ice bath for the first time was a highlight. Nita provided excellent care and gave clear explanations about each treatment. I felt very well looked after. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back with friends for sure.
