We went to visit last summer, and we arrived a bit early. The door was half open. As we were about to enter the store, the staff member greeted us with a rude gesture of flickering his hand back, impatiently telling us to go away.
Do you greet all your customers this way? Do you greet your mother this way? What kind of gesture was this? How do you feel if someone does that to you? Should your shop employees and owner be more polite or not privately, is a decision for you to make. However, as a local business owner, you should never drive your customer away like that.
Hopefully you will change, and i hope more customers will provide good reviews in the future. But for now, one star.
