Initially I was so excited about the item I bought, but then was incredibly disappointed by my experience after. I tried on a small non vintage item in store and loved it. It had a tear in it so I asked a saleswoman in-store to swap it out for another without a tear.
When I tried the item on at home it was nearly a full size smaller than the pair I tried on in store. When I asked for a refund the saleswoman was incredibly unaccommodating and rude. Only after the fact did she inform me that there were no refunds.
No one when I was buying these told me the sale was final. I was so disappointed by the inconsistent fit. She suggested I bought the item just so I could wear it and return it. When in reality I was scrambling to find a replacement since they fit so poorly! After much hesitation and argument she offered me a store credit.
I think they need to be a little more thoughtful about the products they carry, their fit, and how they communicate to their customers. I felt blamed for their miscommunication and poor quality product. I have such disappointment in a place I once thought was a cute small business. Turns out I would have been better off going anywhere but here. 🙄
