The hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Parking is available in the nearby short-term zone, which is convenient, though not ideal for longer stays. Check-in was friendly and professional, but it was quite busy at the time, so the process took a bit longer than expected. As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, I unfortunately didn’t receive an upgrade, and even within the booked category, the room we were given was rather small. The room faced the main street, which made it quite noisy during the day due to traffic and city sounds. That said, the room itself was modern, clean, and tastefully furnished, with everything you need for a short stay. The bathroom was also in good condition and well equipped. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of both hot and cold dishes, and the staff in the breakfast area were attentive and friendly. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with a pleasant atmosphere — ideal for short city trips, even if the noise level and room size could/should be improved.

The hotel is located in the city centre, in a recently renovated historic building. Unfortunately, it does not live up to expectations.|We booked a standard room, but it was tiny and didn't have a proper wardrobe — just a small open shelf. The reception staff were unfriendly and seemed bored and annoyed by guests. Room service was disorganised: our room was only cleaned late in the afternoon (and one day even after dinner), and only superficially. Towels and toilet paper were not replaced for two days, and we had to request them twice. Despite writing a note asking not to switch on the air conditioning, we found it was always on and set to freezing temperatures, so we had to keep the window open to warm up a bit. Breakfast was absolutely unsatisfying, with only a few product choices, and the quality of the products didn't seem particularly high. Terrible price/quality ratio.

Our second stay in this lovely hotel. We arrived quite late, but we're greeted with a smile by the staff on reception and went through the check in process quickly so we could put our heads to rest. Very nice room, nicely equipped and furnished. Very quied despite the fact it faced the street. Can't wait for our next stay!

We stayed two nights at Hotel Moser Verdino with our 9-month-old daughter and our Golden Retriever — and absolutely loved it! From the warm welcome at check-in to the genuinely friendly staff throughout, we felt right at home. The building is beautifully renovated with great attention to detail, perfectly located in the heart of Klagenfurt. Breakfast on the top floor was a real treat: delicious, fresh, and with a stunning panoramic view over the city. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with a live DJ — perfect for warm summer evenings. Traveling with a baby and a dog isn’t always easy, but here it felt effortless. Thank you to the team for making our stay so special — we’ll definitely be back!

Had a good stay here. Very friendly check-in staff. Room was nice, clean and equipment matched with website ads. Parking is a challenge if you do not want to spend 20+ Euro for the parking garage close by. Hotel does not have an own parking.

Stayed for a few nights and enjoyed it. The location is good, they can assist with parking about 150m away. A few small items could help them long term. The pillows and blankets are lumpy, I assume from repeated washing. The shower needs desperate attention. €5 in replacement stripping would be a good investment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff wednesday they could not be bothered. The buffet had no eggs, almost no yogurt, and was running low on everything at only 0815, they made no effort to replenish. Thursday and Friday there were no issues. I would return in the future bc the front of house staff was so great

My room was not cleaned from the previous guest. Found many black hairs in my bed, between the pillows and the bed sheet was ripped. Stains everywhere in the room. Really shamefull for a 4star Hotel. Absolutely unhygienic and disgusting.

Very nice hotel in the heart od the City Klagenfurt. We enjoyed staying here for discovering new places. Very good breakfast.
