ARKET Store

The café upstairs was a pleasant place to rest after shopping. The cafe staff was attentive, although the matcha latte took quite a while to arrive. In contrast, the service on the ground floor was unhelpful. Staff remained behind the counter at the far end of the floor, and I had to walk back and forth several times to ask about a product. Responses were limited to answering direct questions, with no proactive assistance or effort to understand what I was looking for.

Terrible service! Went in on 24/8/24 around 7:30 pm the lady wear a black shirt didn’t want to check shoes stock for me. She even lied that this brand only have up to size 39 maximum. Little does she knows, I have been buying shoes from this brand. she knew that I know she’s was lying so when went up stair said she will check the stock and came back said the company do carried size 41 but were out of stock. Please if you don’t want to work just quit.

The cafe was nice. Men's selection seemed smaller than other Arket stores though. No kidswear too. Other than that, it's a nice store with clean bathrooms.

Actually terrible terrible attitude, accuse us of not lining up while we are still browsing products on the side of the line. Such a shame really, liked their product from the beginning, if they have don’t want to work here, could have just quit?

Nice selection of men’s and women’s clothes. Quiet shop. Mediocre service.

おしゃれな服屋さんと中にカフェがあります。服はそこそこするので日本のアローズみたいな感じで値段もそれくらいでした。シンプルなおしゃれって感じです。ここのトートバッグがかわいいので是非。カフェは空いてたのでゆっくり堪能しました。美味しかったです。

가로수길에 구경갔다 옷 몇개 사서 옴 남자 직원분 친절해서 설명 잘해주셔서 좋았구요 1층부터3층까지 볼거리가 많아 좋아요

왠만해서는 이런거 안쓰는데 직원 정말 교육 못받은거같음. 저번에 산옷 두개중에 하나만 잘 안입을거 같아서 환불하러 갔는데 일단 문열고 들어갈때부터 “어서오세요”라고도 못할망정 위아래로 째려보고 눈은 안마주침. 환불하러 왔다고 말하니까 대답도 안하고 지 귀찮다는듯이 눈 흘기면서 계산대로 감. 거기까진 아 그냥 싸가지 없는 직원인가 했는데... 환불할 옷 건내니까 사람 앞에 대고 환불할 옷 냄새를 맡음. (택도 다 있고 심지어 종이 포장으로 씌어서 거져옴). 정말 말도안되게 건방진 표정으로 킁킁킁 거림. 참고 가만히 있는데 뭐가 그리 그날따라 기분이 더러우셨는지 아주 쾅쾅쾅거리고. 귀찮다는듯이 “카드좀 주시겠어요” 작게... 그러더니 옷 접더니 옷 안입으신거죠? 안입었으니꺼 택도 달려있고 안입을거니까 환불하러 왔겠죠. 사람 앞에두고 받자마자 코로 가져다 대고 눈 흘기면서 냄새를 맡는것도 기분 나쁜데 쾅쾅거리고 귀찮은거 티내는것도 모자라서 안입은거냐고 의심하고. 말투라도 상냥하거나 인사라도 잘하면 기분안나빴겠지만. 이건 그냥 싸가지 없는 직원인걸 떠나서 정말 하루 기분른 다 망쳐버림. 저번에 옷 구매할때 있던 남자 직원분은 눈도 마주치고 친절하셨는데. 이 키 작은 여자 직원분은 문제가 많은거 같네요. 아르켓 매장에 직원 싸가지 없다고 많이 들었는데 아마 그분인거같네요. 모든것의 냄세를 맡아봐야하는 강박증이 있으신가요. 하 하. 웃기고 어이가 없네요. 제가 뭐 공주님 대접을 해달라는게 아니라 적어도 사람이면, 기본적 상식이 있으면, 교육을 받았다면. 그런식으로 하면 안되는거죠. “친절”은 저도 바라지 않아요. 하지만 ”불친절“을 떠나서 상대방을 무시하고 존중하지 못하는 행동은 정말 안될행동이죠. 직원 교육 문제던 인격 문제던.
