The staff are pretty unfriendly. The whole time I was there, not a word or acknowledgement. They wouldn't say anything to you but are constantly keeping an eye on you. Went to try on a jacket and the staff act like they don't want you to touch the merchandise, which is a joke given the clothing is suppose to be well made and of good quality, but they act like their clothing is so delicate that it's going to break apart easily if you even touch it or try it on. They also will stand in your way while you're browsing and wouldn't move out of the way for the customer, which i suspect is their passive aggressive way of wanting you to leave. The only thing one staff said to me is "you buy?" instead of something like "how do you like it" after trying something on, which sums up how bad their customer service is. After reading some of the other customer's review, I suspect this company is actively promoting this type of bad behavior.

Great store, brutal customer service. I was genuinely curious about the brand and wanted to learn more, but I’ve never felt more unwelcome in a store. I understand exclusivity in niche, high-end retail, but this just came off as unnecessarily dismissive and rude. Bad vibes all around. Whoever runs corporate should really audit their training or staff. If you’re even remotely curious about the brand, don’t bother visiting this location. Tokyo has far better stores with staff who aren’t rude. Save your time and skip this one.

One of my favorite brands in the world. High quality items we have had for 10+ years. Always a pleasure to visit them and see new items. Sales people are a bit shy.

The staff is friendly. The atmosphere of the store is very good, and there are a lot of t-shirts and sweatshirts that I like, so I thought about it a lot. It is very well organized. Next time I travel to Tokyo, I plan to visit again.

Wonderful store- Quality T shirts, built to last. Got three and a beautiful sweater. Super kind and helpful, as a tourist we felt super welcomed. Thank you, we will be back ❤️‍🔥

Similar to the experiences shared by others, the in store experience here was poor, not just by Japanese service standards. For a brand selling premium products, I expected a higher level of in store service. It felt as though my business was not particularly welcomed. Ultimately, I made my purchase at the Nagoya outlet.

Absolutely terrible service the guy helping me felt like he wanted me to leave his store. I ended up spending around $200 and he pressured me to buy a bomber jacket that I just wanted to try. I will never buy from this place ever again. It’s sad that at such a premium place they employ such rude and impatient staff.

Great experience and service. I finally got the N1 Deck Jacket I was looking for! Beautiful layout and interior of the shop too. I will be back.

Yelp
WoW!! If you are into "Vintage worker Americana" and/or Japanese selvedge denim scene, this is the shop for you. A huge storefront right off of Meiji Dori in the basement, they have all of the Joe McCoy/Real McCoy line as well as other high end American/Japanese made leathers and denim gear. It's a beautifully curated shop, and probably the largest of its type that I've been to. Most of the other similar shops (Flathead, Studio D'Artisan, Pure Blue Japan, etc) are much smaller and of course only carry their own propietary brand, but Real McCoys carries several brands in addition to their own, and size-wise, Junky in Shinjuku is probably the closest in square footage of stock, but Real McCoys is even larger than Junky. A must go if you're into high end denim and leather.

Yelp
This store is a must for me whenever I visit Tokyo. Vintage Americana outfits made in Japan. Quality leather jackets for all occasion. Their military reproduction line is done to perfection.
