Not a good experience. Said I needed a prepaid SIM for 2 or 3 months with data and phone. After a lengthy wait, got seen and was shown a laminated card with the 3 overpriced tourist SIMs sold at the airport, none of which lasts more than 30 days, and one unsuitable 6 month SIM (3 month one out of stock). I was told no other options. Meanwhile the assistant, although polite, mainly carried on looking at her phone. Left the shop and thankfully picked up a much better deal from nearby 7/11...199 baht dtac/true card for 30 days, 30gb data and unlimited free calls to any network for up to 15 mins at a time. Renewable each month up to a year. The T21 staff didn't even mention this was available. Kudos to friendly 7/11 staff and thumbs down to this place.
