The “genius” helping me obviously hated his job. Worst experience ever I would say his name but they would probably take down this review. My appointment was at 9:05 my name is Evan Pieczenik if the manager wants to check the logs and do something about it. His name started and ended with a g (short version) long version it started with a g and ended with a y.

Welcome to day 2 of the iPhone 17 release. I knew Apple would have massive demand, but wow—the amount of people the employees manage each day is impressive. I was assisted by Recham (apologies if I spelled it wrong), and although the customer before me was giving him a hard time about the wait, he remained professional and positive. That kind of attitude after hours of nonstop interactions is no small thing, and I really value the service I received. The store itself was spotless, and the combination of indoor trees and natural outdoor lighting gives it a fresh, welcoming vibe.

I had a disgusting, uncomfortable experience at the Apple Store in Aventura, Miami, FL on 11/18/2025 – honestly one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I brought in my iPhone to repair scratches on the front and back screens. They weren’t in critical condition, but they needed to be replaced. The employee checked the phone and said the battery also needed to be changed. He submitted the claim in the system, and everything was approved. Since I have AppleCare, I only had to pay the deductible for the parts being replaced, with the understanding that if there was any liquid damage, the deductible could increase. I agreed to that. Before I even signed the Apple agreement about possible data loss, another employee came from the back of the store with all the parts they would be replacing and laid them out on the table. The employee helping me confirmed that those were the parts for my phone and told me it would be ready at 5:20 pm. I was instructed to pay when I picked up the phone at the back of the store, where the MacBooks are displayed. When I returned at 5:30 pm, they told me there was a backlog and it would take a bit longer. I said that was fine and waited in the store, watching a presentation about the iPhone camera. Then, out of nowhere, one of the workers came over and told me they couldn’t repair my phone because they were missing one of the parts. They handed my phone back in terrible condition: there was a strip across the middle of the screen and a used screen protector full of lint on top. I couldn’t see the screen clearly. I decided to remove the screen protector right there in front of them, and one of the workers panicked and told me, “No, no, don’t do that, it will look worse if you remove it. You have to wait 3–5 days for an email from Apple, and then we can repair your phone.” I find it unacceptable and unprofessional that: They initially brought all the parts out and showed them to me as if everything was ready. They told me a specific pick-up time. Only at the very end did they admit they didn’t actually have one of the parts. They returned my phone in worse visual condition than when I brought it in, with a dirty, used screen protector and visible issues on the display. This entire situation felt disorganized, careless, and frankly disrespectful of my time and trust as a customer. For a company like Apple, this was a disgusting and deeply uncomfortable experience, and I left the store feeling frustrated and completely dissatisfied.

The store is nice and the people working here are friendly and professionals. When you make an appointment online and you come and wait almost 2 hours for you pickup something is wrong. What's the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait that long? If you don't have an emergency I suggest you choose for delivery.

Interestingly, this location once housed a Cheesecake Factory before Apple transformed it into a light-filled, contemporary pavilion. Foster’s precision is evident in every junction and material choice—the seamless stone flooring, the clean-lined glass panels, and the meticulous detailing create a space that feels both timeless and technologically advanced. When I visited, two photographers were capturing the architecture itself—a testament to how much this store has become more than just a retail outlet. It’s a destination for design lovers, a subtle statement about how Apple sees itself: not just as a company that sells devices, but as a curator of spaces that reflect innovation, sustainability, and architectural clarity.

I had an excellent experience at this Apple Store. The staff (shoutout to Calvin, John, and Nakai) who went above and beyond to help me with my phone issue (wouldn’t turn on and had to replace the entire hardware inside), making me feel like a priority from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly kind and attentive, taking the time to understand my problem and work through it with me since I was traveling soon. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting my issue resolved. Highly recommend this location and team, just note it is a very busy location!

If I could give 0 stars, I would give -0. I went today with sister, we waited around for 30 minutes and NOBODY acknowledged us :). After 30 minutes we went to an Apple employee and ask him if someone will help us, he said “someone will help you shortly”. We decided to wait 15 minutes and nobody approached us. I would describe this as a racist and unprofessional behavior. We could see how multiple employees approach to several WHITE ADULTS that arrived after us and help them with a big smile (we are Hispanic young adults, they didn’t expect us to buy anything?). Never coming back to this store. I wanted to highlight that they were not under staff since we could see some employees talking with each other instead of helping us as costumers.
