The food was amazing!Every dish was so delicious, especially the beef steak sandwich and Sukiyaki beef with truffle. I would have given them 5 star if the service was on par. With the price we paid, the service must be top notch to match with the food. The food was served a bit haphazardly and we couldn’t understand his English. Let’s just say the service was not polish, lots to improve there.

So this is a tough review to write. Please bear with us as we explain why. The idea is excellent. The realistic effects on the table and the walls are fantastic. The execution of food service leaves a lot to desire for. They need 4 servers to be able to serve the 8 seats simultaneously with each course for proper effect of the place. Otherwise the special effects start immediately after half the table is served and the other half is waiting for their dishes. Takes away the surprise element. The chief server needs to have impeccable knowledge about the food being presented with proper and accurate pronunciation. Some effort in that direction can improve the experience significantly. The food was above average but like we said the presentation was suboptimal.

Reposting one of the previous reviews as I think it captures our experience as well. A few other notes: - for a TeamLab experience, I was a bit disappointed honestly with the execution of the visual graphics. The use of AI is cool for recognizing the dishes and adjusting the animations, but the entire experience felt AI-generated and simplistic - we were only 2 people (another large group had cancelled), but still the service was underwhelming and the wine pairing didn’t come with any sort of explanation other than showing the bottle - the food was overall fine, but not even close to what you expect for the amount we paid

Came here for my bday and it was unbelievably delicious. The presentation could be better, because they didn’t do the light show (I was disappointed about that) Their simple Katsu sandwich is the most divine thing from the menu. It’s so good you want to cry when it’s finished. This is a must go place for special occasion I would love to go again if they will do the light show with dinner

We had the exact same experience as the attached photo. He said it so well that I don’t need to reiterate. I would like to add that it was disappointing there weren’t cocktails. They offered beer and wine. We paid up for the wine pairing and the timing was off on that as well. Wouldn’t spend the money on this. We had plenty of better experiences for a lot less money.

An around 3-hour experience to let you enjoy the food and completely immerse into the teamlab meditative environment. It was quite amazing to enjoy the teamlab art privately on your own. Staff is friendly and helpful, and informative not only on the food and beverage but also the media art. The food is nice. Suggested to choose medium rare for the beef, the medium seems to be a bit over-cooked.

One of the best dining experience we ever had. We’re having our honeymoon in Japan, and this is the perfect note to end the trip. Bravo team!

What an experience! Simply extraordinary. One of a kind. I’d highly recommend it! And will most definitely be back. The staff and chef were able to accommodate for menu changes 👏🏻
