Great Tasting Beer! Better people! Love the Rustic look and Open Patio. Cozy hidden gem. Hang out with Friends, sit back and relax, or hang out and do work on the laptop. I really enjoyed my time hanging out here. Keeping it sweet and simple. Definitely will be back!

Nice brewery near several others which I later found out were closing down. I sampled a few of the IPAs and they were on point. The bartendar was very friendly.

Sweet little spot. Attended mid afternoon on a Sunday. Calm and relaxing environment. The bartenders were super friendly and welcoming. Not a bad location but don’t expect spectacular views from your seat. Pints are starting at $8, which is kinda normal for the greater Denver area. Overall a really good experience. They offer a wing challenge event and I imagine they have other events. Don’t let my 4 star review turn you off, 5 stars are reserved for great prices, views, food/beverages, entertainment, etc. overall, a good spot to get good beer.

Cute place in a shopping center. Drink local and keep them in business! The plant wall has some art integrated in the wood, so neat, you must see! Our bike club ended here on a Tuesday night and we enjoyed amazing brews and their $5 pizzas!!

Brewery hopping and this was my first time here. Absolutely Amazing, I highly recommend!!! Went on a Thursday evening. The bartenders are very friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. The beer is clean, crisp and smooth. I had the stout and honey wheat! I also had the crunchy soft shell tacos and let me say for $4 that was a deal! Flavorful, a bit of spice and beer cheese! I will definitely be back. The vibe is comforting and relaxed. I could have stayed all night!

Been coming here since around the time they opened 10 years ago. Quickly became my favorite brewery ever because of all the sour beers they had. I would even purchase beers here and fly them back to Ohio with me when I would visit. Hadn’t been there in a couple years because I was moving out of the area but recently visited a few weeks ago only to find out they didn’t even have one sour, and only had a small selection of drinks. It was very sad to see the changes. They used to have about 20 brews and at least half of those were sour. When I asked the guy who was the owner (although I didn’t recognizing him so thought maybe he was a co-owner) about it and why so much changed, he said “life happened.” Honestly it seemed a little rude and I guess he was the new owner from what I’m reading here. Come to find out they recently switched owners a couple years ago so maybe this is why the downward spiral. Highly likely this place will be out of business within the next couple years, unfortunately. Really loved this place.

Tasty brews and a solid golf simulator what more do you need

First time being here. I ended up getting the Big Hoppy Brown @8%. For being such a dark brown it goes down really smooth. This was a great brew! I'm excited to try the tripel and 4 grain next. I feel the greatest aspect of this place is how they are showing off local artist work.

Huge selection of house made craft beers and some hosted brews. We were here for a private event and it was sold out so the place was packed and noisy. There's a parking lot with a few spots for Baere and street parking nearby. There was no table service but the bartenders were hustling. They were out of pretzels/cheese but did have the pizzas and some chips. They also allow outside food to be brought in. It's a fun place and would be a great neighborhood hangout.

Don't let the outside lack of curb appeal discourage you too much! I've been past so many times and haven't finally stopped in until recently. It's actually much cuter inside than the outside suggests. I only stopped for one beer as we were kind of beer crawling around that particular day, but I expect to be back again soon. Staff was also really nice and inviting. It's so surprising how many bartenders have a crap attitude!!! Yet they want your tip money, but here the staff was great when we walked in. I'll swing by again when in that area. Give it a try!

Baere is making some wonderful IPAs and Barrel-Aged beers. The tap room is great for duos and small groups. This is my go-to location for small book club & social groups (~10) on slower evenings. We can always find some space and there's rarely a wait for beers at the bar. There is often some parking in the lot or on nearby side streets. Also, Baere is a great stop on a neighborhood brewery crawl, being so close to Banded Oak & TRVE.

I stopped in before heading to the airport. Located in a strip mall so the curb is so so. Once you get inside it's modern and clean, light and lots of seating. I tried a flight at the bar and while I can't remember the beers I tried, they were all pretty good. It was mid-afternoon on a Sunday and not too busy so the bartender engaged with us a bit. If I was in the area I may stop in again, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way.

Finally!!!! A five star beer after so many breweries in so many cities. My husband was so impressed with multiple beers here. The staff are really nice and they play awesome music. We may come back tomorrow since this was such a great find. I also love...... that it's right down the street from Rebel Bread which is insanely delicious.

The vibe here is so casual, laid back and relaxed. We had such a good time just drinking beer with not super loud music and just enjoying the nice weather outside. The beer tender was knowledgeable and very friendly! The beer was delicious! The saison and the shhh golf beer were outstanding. Definitely check them out!

Was told to stop here by a friend and they did not disappoint. The tap was super friendly and had lots to say about the beer and recommendations based on what I said I liked. Sampled 6 beers and loved them. They had a wide variety of styles too. 2-3 food options, so not much to offer on that front, but given the atmosphere they seem to be the type to let you bring your own food. Had a great time sampling beers here and tasting them

If you want to find a sweet and fruity beer slushie...this is the place for you! It was delicious and not too sweet. I also couldn't taste the alcohol at all but I promise you there is some (4%) if I'm remembering correctly. This is a great spot to swing by on a hot day.

My first drink on my Denver craft beer journey. I enjoyed my flight of beers. The bartender was very friendly and we even had a brief baseball conversation. The taproom had a good vibe to it.

Here in Denver for the Great American Beer Festival so hitting up many breweries is a must. They were doing a Celebration of Sours event with lots of local sours on draft from many different breweries. It was a no-brainer for us to come here because we both very much enjoy sour beers. They had a great deal for $20 you get to keep the glass and get two 8oz pours. Me and my girlfriend both did the deal. She tried two sours from Baere themselves while I tried guest taps. All four beers were great and all unique in their own way. Nice looking brewery with a good amount of seating. We really liked their merch and how a large majority of it featured animals/wildlife. A brewery worth checking out when in the area and more breweries are within walking distance from here as well.

I liked the ambiance here but didn't love the beer so I have to dock a star. (I got the apple pie thing they are known for and it was interesting for a few sips, but not something that I enjoyed a glass of.) I don't love super hoppy beers or sours, and that was most of the menu, so heads up if that is/n't for you!

Stopped after afternoon at Denver Art Museum as was thirsty for a malty Amber. Too many IPAs only at CO breweries. Awesome Irish red amber. Friend had a brown she liked a lot. Super chill place. No blaring music. Beertender with good sense of Bundt. Carded us both - both 66+. Thanks for that!! Relaxing indoors with outside patio but that faces asphalt parking lot & Broadway traffic. (That's why 3 vs 4 stars) Kids but thankfully well behaved parents secluded their children to the golf simulator game. Someone ordered a slice which looked tasty. If I lived closer Baere Brewing Company would be my go to place. And KEEP BREWING AMBER. This was my 2nd time here and not a disappointment.

I have a friend that's more dedicated to hitting all the Denver breweries than I am. One weekday evening, we ended up at Baere right before closing. Since it's located in a strip mall, parking was easy. I walked up to the bar, and the bartender was super patient as I debated which IPA I wanted. Lots of good options listed on the TV screen menu. We sat on the front patio, where humans and dogs were chilling in the dusky weather. Plenty of seating, and it worked out great because the staff would put up all the chairs and clean the inside while everyone finished up outside. They still came around and did last call. Overall not super memorable but seems like a solid spot for good beer.

My hubs and I were trying out new places one day and stopped in here. Great beer! I love sours and usually they're never sour enough, not here though haha. My hubs got a rather tasty IPA and I'm not usually an IPA fan. We only had a bevvie and then on to other new spots but nice place and friendly staff!

Probably my favorite brewery in Denver! Just all around great beer and great people. I love the pale ales, sours, and IPAs. After working in the industry and having my cisterone I can't recommend enough

This place was recommended to us since they have a wide variety of sweet and fruity beers that I like and we were in the area. It's located in a small strip mall, and it was easy to find. They had a large selections of sours, I had a full pour of the house sour, but I was only charged for a taster...yay, and my husband had the GABF silver medal saison. Both were very good, and I wished we could have stayed to try out ther other beers, but we will have to come back next year.

My boyfriend and I recently got a discount brewery book called The House That Beer Built (strongly recommend), and it's been bringing us to so many breweries off the beaten path, including this one! Although Baere Brewing Company is in a rather random location in a strip mall, it's great vibes & delicious beer are not to be missed! The interior is very cool - rustic and open, with plenty of seating + a selection of games to play while sipping on one of their brews. And their brews are so good! What a unique, wide line-up with high ABV beers. I got the Coffee Stout (since I'm on a mission to try all of the coffee beers ever made..) and my boyfriend got a Brown Ale - both were super flavorful and very satisfying! Definitely recommend this spot to anyone who is seeking good beer & a cool place to chill while sipping it!

Good beer and fun atmosphere. They also have a selection of games you can play - we enjoyed a round of Battleship with our drinks! There was some sort of party going on the day we were there (a Saturday afternoon), so it was pretty loud and crowded inside, but I don't know if it is usually that packed.

Baere Brewing Company has been on my "must see" brewery list for a while now. Seeking a fun way to introduce a newly relocated friend to the mile high brewery scene this past Saturday we stopped in for a couple brews as we brewery hopped our way down Broadway! The place was hopping upon our arrival. Love the rustic stacked wood bar top and the older style office chair bar stools. It really helps to give it that eclectic, rustic vibe! Plus their beers are aging in barrels surrounding you as you enjoy them. They have a smaller patio space and a selection of board games to help entertain you during your visit. We browsed the menu and decided on a couple different sours to enjoy for our first round. I opted for the Passion Fruit Table Sour while my friend had the Manatee Tears Dark Sour. I really enjoyed the Passion Fruit Table Sour. It was very light and full flavored. Great patio sipper! The Manatee Tears was a bit heavier and a much higher ABV. For our next round I opted to try the Happy Leaf kambucha flavor they featured on tap. It was orange basil. So refreshing and fruity. I could def drink some more of that. Plus it didn't have the tinny-tang after-taste I've experienced previously when sampling kambucha either! I am totes looking forward to my next visit to Baere Brewing Company to try some of their other brews and soak up some Colorado sun on that cute patio. **Pro Tip: They are located in a small strip mall. So there is some on-site parking! Hooray!

Baere Brewing was a new brewery... at least to me on my last trip to Denver to visit. It is one of several newer breweries along Broadway so it is easy to get on a bus and walk to at least two other neighboring breweries as well. This makes the location for this place very handy! At Baere Brewing we wanted something on the lighter side so we got the Raspberry Table Sour which had a very pleasant puckering feature to the drink towards the beginning of a swallow. The have lots of other beers that use raspberries and cherries as ingredients which adds a uniqueness to their beer offerings that I find intriguing. Lots of times when involving berries or cherries the beer comes off as too sweet however with the sour that I had here at Baere they had good balance and complexity for these kinds of beers.

Baere is just the best. Like come on, wow, wowzers, and most but not least wowieeeee!

These days it feels like the beer at most breweries is more alike then different. Everyone has an IPA, a porter, a wheat, an amber, blah, blah, blah. These are all well and fine and sometimes a brewery really gets it right, but sometimes you want something different. For a beery adventure I highly suggest Baere and their sours and Berliner Weisse. Try the latter with a syrup- these seem to be seasonal here, and I've had the raspberry and peach, both of which are delicious! And yes, they have the standard fave types of beer, too, and brew some of them quite well. The brewery itself is in a nondescript strip mall off of Broadway, and they have a parking lot which is handy. Their patio is kind of in that parking lot so I don't find that enjoyable, but the tasting room itself is comfortable and cozy. My fave time to go is Wednesday nights as they have a meetup of bluegrass musicians called the Denver Pickers that plays there- beer and bluegrass; there's nothing better!

Baere may seem bare from the outside, but the beer is no joke. It has a well-rounded, award-winning selection -- to break up the strong selection of delicious IPAs (try the to-die-for War&Peace black IPA), it sprinkles in a succulent spruce-tip sour, a blueberry blonde, and a big hoppy brown. Seating is plentiful, including a dog-friendly overflow patio and a baby-friendly, tucked away booth near the barrels. Baere is underrated but should be the first stop on any Broadway brewery crawl as it just might be your favorite.

All. About. It! Unlike some of the other breweries in the area (not mentioning any names) Baere apparently doesn't believe in making you take out a loan to have some beer - which is much appreciated... The beer was great! I tried two of the sours which were excellent! And the porter which I could drink all day! Such good flavor without being too sweet. 100% would come back!

Good place to grab a beer. The place itself was kinda small but the bartenders were friendly and talkative. The were knowledgeable about the beer and offered several taste before I decided one beer. I would definitely recommend.

Great little brewery. Parking is a little crowded since it's right off Broadway but worth it. Server was very friendly and attentive. Beer selection was good, more sours which is what we prefer. The cucumber seltzer was refreshing and loaded with cucumber flavor if you're into that. Will come back.

Easily one of my favorite Breweries, not only in Denver, but anywhere. I love all their hoppy beers. My wife loves the lower alcohol table sours. Pre-covid they had short/ 2.5 oz pours so you could try everything. I'm sure those will be back. In the meantime I try to stop by and get a crowler every now and then.

I wish I lived closer to Baere so I could visit more often. My husband loves that they have woodruff syrup for the Baere-liner wiesse. They grow the woodruff and make the syrup themselves. I am not a hoppy beer fan, so IPAs aren't my thing. But Baere has a lot to offer a picky beer drink like I am. Cerebruin is a favorite, and I like the Baere-liner wiesse, stout, and table sours.

I feel like all the beer names are puns, but honestly I don't understand any of them. These guys are smart. They had a food truck but I was full from chicken fongers earlier. Someone left an empty pedialyte bottle in the bathroom. It wasn't me. The five hour energy was, though. Try the mango sulrper. -Handsome Chirs Brell

Great brewery, however do not let them tell you it will be fine if you are celiac or super sensitive to gluten. The gluten reduced beer made me sick. Sad to say as it was delicious. But just want others to know, gluten reduced does not mean gluten free!

This place is such a gem! The location is a bit unexpected, but it works, and the beers are all delicious. After sampling several I honestly can't say that any I tasted weren't solid, even if they weren't necessarily what I was in the mood for. And there are ample choices so I always find something that suits the mood I'm in! I love sitting outside on summer nights and playing games with a good beer. It's just far enough from some of the chaos of downtown to serve a more laidback clientele (or at least that's been my experience), but even on a Tuesday night it's pleasantly busy.

Baere Brewing CO is a modern rustic gem with the tastiest craft brews! Casual, laid back atmosphere. I walked in Friday after work with some friends, planning to only have 1 beer. 5 beers later... still hanging out on the sidewalk patio enjoying the company surrounding me & all the tasty brews! The Plum Table Sour was FANTASTIC & won my heart. I also enjoyed the Saison, super smooth, & the Baere-liner Weiss, tart & delicious- definitely couldn't have just one at this brewery! Went back to fill up a growler of the Plum Table Sour the following day for a BBQ, but sorry folks- only served in house. Can't wait to go back & try more sours!

Unfortunately, I purchased 3 tickets for a Cupcake & Beer posting at Baere that I was really excited about, it got cancelled which is the unfortunate part. The cancelling of the event isn't what earns Baere a measly 1 star from me, it's the lack of doing what they said they would do on multiple occasions. The brewery OFFERED refunds, they instructed how to request a refund. Despite several (4+) attempts at requesting a refund, the brewery made broken promises but kept my money. Hey Baere, if you want to make this right - I'm sure you still have several of my emails at the bottom of your inbox..... unless of course, you've deleted them.

A big variety of sours to please the most puckered lips. The location was open and airy. Had a great view of the sunset and added to the ambiance.

OMG they have berlinerweisse with homemade woodruff syrup!!! Garage door opens to patio with ample view of parking lot. Location is referenced in the name of an IPA, "strip mall pale ale." Tasters are $2 unless they are super special. Growlers available of most beers. One of the brewers was helping bartend the day we visited and was more than happy to answer beer geek questions. A+ for hospitality.

I stopped by sort of on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised to find they have a bunch of sour beers and a couple beers fermented with Brett. I love sour beers and I love the funkiness of Brett beers, so if that's your thing, stop on by!

The beer was hit or miss. The sours didn't do the trick but the hoppy beers were good. The location isn't great and the space doesn't have much going on but it is fine for any size group where drinking is the primary purpose of the visit. And why wouldn't it be?

Came here on a weekday afternoon for some drinks with friends, and it was not crowded at all. There is plenty of seating, great for groups and for more intimate meetings. Good atmosphere, great service, and reasonable prices. Super close to other food places, and reasonable parking on the streets. You can also easily walk to other bars in the area for that Denver beer scene experience!

I looooove Baere! South Broadway is my favorite brewery area. I usually do a tour from Black Project Spontaneous & Wild Ales, to Trve, to Baere, adding in Banded Oak or Grandma's House depending on the night. Their brett bottle conditioned saison is by far my favorite, second only to their table sours. Hoppy brown is my go-to for a darker beer. The environment is always warm and inviting, the patio is amazing when the weather allows for it, and they have soooo many beers that they always have something new to try each time I go in.

Oh I loooove this place. The beers are excellent, the staff knowledgeable and the place is chill and laid back. In a city filled with great breweries, this one is worth a visit.

Baere is such a hidden gem! We saw this place on our way to a different brewery. It's located inside this very random little strip mall on Broadway and the sign almost makes it look like a generic Italian restaurant, so we didn't think anything of it. On the way back, we had some time to kill, so we decided to give it a shot, and WE ARE SO GLAD WE DID! The bar is very chill and the crowd very mixed, which we appreciated. We also liked the fact that it was well lit and the people were there to actually drink beer, and not to be loud and annoying (yeah, I am aware of how grandma I sound) They have a huge list of beer, we had flights and my absolute favorite is the Plum sour (yes, grandma again, I know) Seriously? Plum? I know! I was surprised too, but this place seriously has it going on. Everything we tried was just amazing and it kept getting better and better. If you are in Denver looking for good beer, give it a shot!

I was excited to try their plethora of beer selections but was sad after sampling many. I landed on the 2x IPA and this is the first time in my life I didn't want to finish a beer. I literally left it half full. It had an exciting abv% but had no flavor. I moved onto to the collaboration cider and it too tasted promising after a first sip but went downhill after the second and third. By the 4th it was all over. Another glass left half full. Tabbing out was extremely inefficient as well. You would think using the square app on an iPad would work well but trying to hand over an iPad with a full bar and signing with your finger amidst other patrons was challenging and clunky. I really wanted to like the place. I'll let the dust settle and come back next summer.

I've loved this place for a long time. Great staff and great beer has always been there but the beer slushies they started doing this summer are so perfect. Highly recommend for all beer lovers, because they have something for everyone.

Nice, relaxed vibe. As mentioned, it's in a rando strip mall...not really a factor to me, other than parking. Cool interior, exposed wood and barrels, obligatory board games. Bartenders were helpful but not overwhelming. IPA was average...Secale Barrel Aged Black Ryeday on the other hand was fantastic!

Yummy beer with a variety of styles. They have something for all tastebuds. They have rich dark beers, hoppy IPAs, light slammers, and everything in-between. Their hours are fairly strange and they're not open late. Check that they're open before you go. Also, their location is in an odd gap of Broadway, though I think in a few months it'll be on the up-swing like the rest of Broadway. The setting is casual and kind of loud. The decor has natural colors, wood on the walls, hi-top and low tables, a bar, and a long, narrow hi-top to stand around. The bathrooms are clean, they have a parking lot, and the staff is friendly. Some of their sales support local charities. Overall, it's a great spot!

Great array of sour options, and a good laid back atmosphere. Chill place to grab a couple beers. Easy to order at the bar, and find a table. Located in a little strip center, so there seemed to be plenty of parking available.

This was such a pleasant surprise. I was passing by heading south to meet friends and I knew they had the Berlinerweiss I have been craving so I had to pop in. I really liked the vibe of this place and the people working here were super nice and knowledgable. We tried a number of beers, all of which were really good, but it was the Berlinerweiss that lived up to my expectations. Unlike some other places, this one is one of those breweries where I'd plan to come for a taster and end up staying the entire night. That's how I felt walking into this place!

What a great addition to the neighborhood! As far as the beer selection goes, they've got something for everyone. We started with the sampler, decided what we liked best, and moved forward from there. Everyone else is raving about the Weisse with the syrup, but if you like sour beers, drink it straight. It's awesome, and it's fantastic to find a great sour beer on tap! They don't have much food (just pretzels, I believe), but you're permitted to bring your own or order in. The staff were quick, efficient, and friendly. Like I said, this is a fantastic addition to our neighborhood, and I am looking forward to going back!

Super fun place to go. They have a broad range of beers and lots of space to hang around. It is in a strip mall, so keep your eyes peeled for it. I definitely missed it the first time I walked by. If you're up for trying lots of stuff, they do flights as well, and they come in these great little mini-goblets. One thing I will say, it is surprisingly loud in there, but I think that was a function of the echoing nature of the space than anything else. I think the space they have for groups of people more than makes up for the noise.
