Pigeonhole

I liked this shop. It has a wide variety of everything from beautiful stonewares, quirky gifts, jewellery, bags and clothing. I would have tried on some clothes and looked at the lovely leather bags but I had limited time on a work trip. If I was there for leisure, I would have bought a lot of things! The shop is generally divided into male and female. Great store and the lady left me alone to browse! :)

My nineteen year old daughter bought a purse and a pair of earrings from the Joondalup store today. There was no noticeable price tag on the purse, however the assistant pulled a small tag out of it as he was ringing it up. Upon leaving the store she realised that the small purse she had purchased was $85.00. Being a full-time university student and part time worker the cost was more than she could afford. At my encouragement she returned to the store to ask for a refund. She was told company policy was 'no refund for change of mind'. She was offered an exchange- but elected to keep the purse (as she needed a purse, just not one so expensive). I would like to acknowledge how lovely and accommodating the staff were and were clearly bound by company policy. I would also acknowledge that my daughter should have queried the total price, before she completed the transaction. All things considered, a 'no refund policy for change of mind' being applied when we had walked out of the store, turned around and walked back in seems punitive in my opinion. It was not so much a change of mind, rather an awareness of price, after the fact.

A huge thank you to Maddie who went above and beyond to help me find a replacement of a previous purchase. Greatly appreciated. The staff are always fantastic and it is the perfect gift shop for interesting and unique gifts, or as a treat for yourself. Somewhere I always visit when I am in town.

Immediately tried to refund a transaction realising that I'd been charged full price rather than the percentage off the marked price that was promoted and was told no refunds.

Oh dear. If I could purchase everything in this store I would. I think it's the variety that inspires me. Vintage clothes and Australian designers are great!

Great spot for small gifts and unique jewelry. I love my Perth necklace and koala bear stud earrings!

Absolutely lovely plant store with Absolutely lovely staff. Highly recommend pigeon-hole!
