This is the epitome of a hole-in-the-wall establishment with sporadic hours and a tiny, unfinished interior, but it is THE place to go for delicious, handmade vegetarian fares in Soufriere. All of the wholesome and homey breads - pizza crust, buns, and wrapped dal - are handmade. The lentils, veggie patty, and pizza toppings are each so uniquely flavorful and tasty. And, the authentic juices are sweetened to perfection. To top it off, when we went, the Rastafarian owner and chef was so friendly and engaging, sitting and chatting with us while we ate. We are Jah Lamb's #1 fans! MARRY ME???
