⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my visit to RUMBLE CRUMBLE 渋谷本店! From the moment I walked in, the shop’s charm and attention to detail stood out — it’s a beautifully curated space in the heart of Shibuya/Harajuku that’s perfect for both casual treats and special occasions. The cookies here are truly exceptional. They have this amazing contrast of textures — crisp and golden on the outside, yet soft and moist inside — which immediately tells you these aren’t your average sweets. The flavours are rich but balanced, and you can really taste the high-quality ingredients in every bite. People rave online about how these cookies are worth tracking down even outside the usual snack spots, and I completely agree!  What’s great is that the shop carries a wide variety of options, including classic cookies and the more indulgent cookie cakes that you can only get in-store. They’re perfect for gifts or sharing, and make for irresistibly delicious souvenirs after a day exploring Tokyo.  Another amazing thing I learned is that this brand has serious creative roots — crafted with care and originally gaining popularity online for being hard to get — so finally having a physical store where you can taste them fresh is a real treat.  Friendly service, great ambience, and some of the best cookies I’ve ever had in Tokyo. Whether you’re a local or visiting from overseas, this place deserves every one of its five stars!

Great atmosphere and really pretty shop but the cookies are overpriced and just not that good unfortunately. I got a classic chocolate chip and though it was warm, it had little to no flavor and then left a bad after taste. I hope the store improves their recipes.

This shop is a charming place to buy cookies. The staff member was friendly and provided great recommendations. Although the cookies are a bit pricey, it’s clear that they are freshly baked and have a homemade quality. You can definitely tell the difference compared to mass-produced cookies, and this shop stands out.

The variations of cookies give you a lot of choices. The staff are friendly and very helpful, and they can recommend what cookies to choose if you have trouble picking what to get. The price I think is a bit steep for what it is- the cookies are delicious, but still overpriced for a cookie. They are great as a nice gift, but I probably wouldn't be buying them for myself.

They taste awful and look nothing like the pictures. If you are looking for those new York levain style cookies this is not it

Premium cookies that taste really good without being overly sweet. I got the earl grey chocolate chip, matcha and the standard chocolate chip. All tasted excellent.
