A very peaceful place to have tea. It overlooks a busy street. Suddenly everything fades away when the staff serves you the pot of hot tea. Do remember to order some desserts. I do like the truffle chocolate cake. Great with lighter tea. As always very comfortable to stay in the classy tea house.

Pros :
-Wide selection of teas
-Good service with professional staff
-Nice location
Cons :
-They don't write the price of cakes anywhere so we had the surprise to see that they were 200k/piece. A ridiculously high price considering how small they were and tasted like industrial products that were just taken out of the fridge.
Honestly we felt tricked when receiving the bill.
-Every tea place will put leaves in the tea pot and offer free refill of hot water. Here they don't so you just get 1 tea pot which was disappointing
-Around 15% extra price with VAT and service charge
In conclusion the tea is good but really overpriced and avoid cakes at all cost, they are not worth it

The service is lacking and not sincere as if it is like a chore. None serve with a smile. When I enter, I need to ask where can I be seated as none approach me. Disappointed with the standard.

I get that TWG is a luxury brand but the price markup in Vietnam is ridiculous. Currently it’s 25 to 35 percent more than countries like Singapore which have a much higher GDP. I like the product and the shop is nice enough, but it does feel like a tourist trap.

Lousy service and a middle aged lady can’t speak a lick of English.
Poorly trained staff and at times there’s only a cleaning staff and a sales staff manning the whole store.
Took more than 30 mins for a box of tea to be bought and wrapped. Gosh.
Unstable tables and poor sales process. Will avoid.

The staff was friendly and polite. The location was next to a clothing store looking out to the a busy intersection. The tea and dessert I had was mediocre. The only thing I really didn’t like is that they didn’t let us refill our tea pot … what a waste of tea…

Through the window, you can enjoy scenery of 'Ho chi minh' the biggest city in Vietnam.
Our group members are totally satisfied with all of experiences here (flavour, kindness, and atmosphere).

The tea smell real good, the taste is ok. They have nice design, looks fancy tho. I do love their macaroon too.
