What an incredible dining experience at NORIBOI Omakase Japanese Restaurant! From the moment we walked in, Server Phuong made us feel right at home with her warm, attentive service and spot-on recommendations. The omakase course curated by Chef Ha was nothing short of masterful—each piece of sushi was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. The uni and toro were highlights that melted in my mouth! The intimate atmosphere and attention to detail made it a memorable night. Highly recommend for anyone seeking authentic Japanese cuisine. Five stars all the way!

Noriboi was such a great experience and memorable meal during my time in Ho Chi Minh. The interior is aesthetic and well-designed. There were also many servers accommodating you as you come in. There are limited seats, so my friends and I booked a reservation ahead of time. You do have to make a deposit to maintain your reservation. We each got the first set, and it was amazing! Chef Ha explained the dishes and made each plate meticulously right in front of us. There was a lot of coordination between the servers and the chef, which was great. Our server, Vy was always there if we had any questions and would fill our drinks before we would have to ask. The service was amazing! The food was also spectacular. The wagyu and sea bream were my favorite plates. The wagyu just melted in your mouth, and the fish were so fresh. Loved the smell of smoked fish and wagyu as they were making it. I thoroughly enjoyed my time ay Noriboi and definitely would have to stop by the next time I visit!

Chef Hạ and the staff are amazing. The whole menu are very tasty and atmosphere is incredible. You taste not just the food, but see the colour/ decoration/ listen to the story behind each special dish. All the senses awaken. Strongly recommended.

Great food and service. Fresh ingredients from Japan with creative use of Vietnamese flavour. I had chef Hạ for the night and absolutely loved our interaction. She's really funny and engaging. Vi (or Vy) took care of us well and was very gentle. They even had staff accompanying you to the car which made me felt really safe at night.
