They’re currently doing a collaboration with Sanrio, and there were so many cute items. I bought a bunch as souvenirs. Sanrio really is popular everywhere! The store is always crowded, and depending on the time, it can be hard to even walk around, but checkout is smooth and efficient. They also handle tax refunds, which is really helpful.

You cannot say that you have been to Korea if you have not passed by an Olive Young and gotten your treats of creams and Korean beauty products. Even if the make up does not necessarily work With all types (for us white caucasians, the colors and skin complexion are different). However, it is a fact that skin care in Korea is one of the bests worldwide and you will find a good fit for your skin. I have been tens of times to these shops that are scattered all Over the city. If you want a rich experience and personalized service, avoid the overcrowded touristic areas where it becomes not only difficult to shop but to even walk.

I'm giving a review based on my experience as a husband that accompanies my wife on her love, shopping for personal care products. 1. This place has super strong FREE wifi! 2. They have seats! In Japan has no seats anywhere. Sitting for an hour isn't so bad. 3. They have a food and beverage section 👍 4. Location is convenient and easy to get to. Lots of restaurants nearby. 5. Wife is happy with her experience and purchases. Most important!

The best korean local cosmetics all you can buy here. Very big store and so many customers but cash counter were working very fast. I got many discounts products. I got a instant Tax free right at the store. Don't need to go airport tax free office. Highly recommend

The store was way too busy with people pushing each other. It would be better if they limited the number of people allowed in at a time. I couldn't find the products I was after so tried asking staff and they were dismissive and a bit rude so I wasn't sure if they actually didn't have the products or just didn't want to help. We visited another location and got wonderful service. I'd recommend picking another Olive Young to visit and avoiding this location.
