"A good start to your visit to Québec City is a stop at the Observatoire de la Capitale, just past the Parliament Building. The observation deck on the 31st floor of the Marie-Guyart Building stands 725 feet high and offers 360-degree views of the city. From here, the highest building in the city, you can get a sense of the lay of the land—Old Québec jutting out into the St. Lawrence River, Cap Diamant to its south, the Louise Basin marina and St. Charles River to its north. New signage added in 2016 provides cultural, economic, and historical background on the sights below. After you have surveyed the city, descend and explore it on foot."

Google
Great place to start a visit in QC. Offers spectacular 360 view of the city, with detailed historical timeline of the history of QC. On a clear day, it’s well worth a visit and the ticket price. Get the audio tour. Allow for at least 90 minutes.

Visited here in a Sunday afternoon as tourists, the super kind reception man guided us to buy tickets online then guide us through. We climbed 31 stories to the top with elevator and There was a lady up there waiting for us who told us how to enjoy the whole facility before we start our visit. We found a nice 360 view of the quebec. It was a very informative tour and two nice exhibitions about the quebec and its history.

They have an amazing view, with a more in-depth experience to learn about the city. My girlfriend and I, were able to learn a lot about the city from Melodie, she went above and beyond to talk with us and share stories and places to go. Our conversation with her 100% made our trip better and we’re thankful that she took the time to talk with us. She deserves a raise!

Google
Strange setup. Can't buy tickets on site, only online. Nobody in the lobby at all. Then you self host yourself up the elevator, where there is staff waiting and they sit everyone down and give an overview instead of just letting folks explore. The views are okay.

Google
The Observatoire de la Capitale offers breathtaking 360° views of Québec City from its 31st-floor vantage point. It’s the perfect spot to appreciate the city’s rich history, the St. Lawrence River, and the surrounding landscape. The informative exhibits add context without overwhelming. A must-visit for first-timers and locals alike!

Yelp
Well worth the $14 ticket. Amazing. Uncrowded, kind staff, tons of information about the city. Loved every minute. The gift shop was beautiful, the views are boundless.

Yelp
The Yelp entry misstates the closing time: the last elevator leaves at 4:40, so you have no chance of seeing it if you arrive between 4:40 and the time Yelp says it closes (5pm). I'm sure the view is cool--other people who got to see it say so.
