This place is always on my favorite list for Japanese food. I’ve been here many times and the dishes are nice and fresh with a cozy traditional Japanese vibe. It can get a little noisy because it’s usually crowded but the food makes it worth it.

Great range of skewers and drinks. Pork and chicken were good but the beef was a bit below average. Rowdy place with good people watching after dark. Kind of place that would suit a boys trip.

Nice place to hangout with friends. Izakaya Japanese style, good food, good service in the area of many Japanese restaurants.

I like to sit at the bar on the ground floor overlooking the chefs cooking. Tried some Izakaza places around, here is still the best to me. Good food, good service, reasonable prices. lots of Japanese come. They remember our habits and served me well.

Nice little Japanese counter restaurant with really good food. We had the chicken soup, strong pepper but very tasty and yellow fin sushi which was very fresh. The complimentary octopus balls were a nice touch.

been eating here since 2014. their food is not the same as before but acceptable. the staff remains woman and the guard is still a guy. you could smoke inside. izakaya style so you could have a wide range of japanese food at affordable price. their vibe of japan in the 90's is unbeatable. highly recommend to try out

This place reminds me of the local izakaya places in Japan. The food is really delicious, the prices are great and the staff is so friendly and nice. The menu includes a lot of options. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area and want some high quality Japanese food.

Delicious Sapporo draft beer and cheap chicken skin skewers! Normally it takes me a long time to finish even 1 pint but the Sapporo was light and easy to drink. Recommended skewers: - Chicken skin, crispy and with some lime juice - Eel, deliciously smoked - Tontoro, crispy fat bits It takes a little longer for the food to arrive but it's worth it. Smoking is also allowed indoors so it definitely can be annoying when the smoke just linger around you.
