"Treat Yourself to Some of Napa's Sunniest Dishes Southside is a treat for just about anyonewho ventures over to its flagship location, in Napa. The café occupies a stand-alone structure in the middle of a parking lot and has attracted quite a following since it opened in2016. In particular, locals love the specialty coffee from Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters, as well as the freshly made food—especially on Fridays, when chefs prepare fried-chicken buckets with a full complement of sides. Southside also does weekend brunch and boasts a comprehensive listof Napa and Sonoma wines. In 2017, Southside opened an outpost at Stewart Cellars in Yountville, and a third location in South Napa is promised soon."

Great breakfast spot! Awesome patio, glorious California weather, totally dog friendly. My latte was exceptional. Mushroom torta was delicious, but if you're very hungry, you may want to add an egg. Biscuits and gravy were rich and hearty and very satisfying (and the poached eggs on top were perfectly cooked).

Delicious comfort food with a small selection of beer, wine, and coffee from Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters. All of the dishes we had were done very well. The staff is super friendly and the environment is casual. It's slightly off the beaten path and frequented mostly by locals, so it doesn't get too crowded.

Best place for breakfast. Just can't talk enough. Sweet staff, good coffee and lots of breakfast options. This was the best gravy I have ever had. Avocado toast was filled with flavors. Radish and cucumber blended well. Bits and pieces of mint added so much flavor to the whole dish. Also the chili pepper on the top was a bonus. Not to mention the amount of avocado added on the bread (had a horrible experience at Sweetie Pie). For a single toast it was very filling. We brew or own espresso at home and are a big no no to Starbucks. Could vouch the coffee served here is so much better than Starbucks.

Yummy food!! They offer a small brunch menu that is served all day, as well as coffee and drink options. A little expensive for the small-ish portion sizes ($7 kids grilled cheese, $13 “Cuban” sandwich) with most of the brunch items clocking in around $14-16, but everything we tried was very delicious and made with good ingredients! Small indoor seating area as well as lots of outside tables. Yummy freshly made food, just be prepared to spend a little money, especially if you plan on getting a drink!

We get the weekend special every time we go, so to do a proper review I'd need 2 hours and thumb splints. It's just so so so good! The flavors are ones that when you first start eating you can't even convey just what's happening. It takes about 3 to 5 bites before you can all take about your dishes. Yes they are gorgeous Instagram worthy meals but that doesn't even matter once you've had their food. You just want to get to eating, not posting. That being said I do have 3 photos to share. The only 3 I own, literally from July of last year.

Delicious breakfast/lunch stop for a visit in Napa. Dress up or dress down. Great for groups 6 or less. Convenient location. We had brunch for 4 in less than an hour, so table space and wait on a Saturday wasn't an issue at all. Highly recommend.

Best choice of coffee beans (Wrecking Ball) they have! I’ve actually had the same coffee in SF. Their staffs at Southside is friendly and fast service. But inside was very loud because of people over talking the loud music they’re playing. May need to lower the music volume. They seem to have a small kitchen but food comes out pretty quick! I’d come back again just for their coffee ☕️

Every bite and sip was delicious. High quality ingredients and care shine through. We had the biscuits and gravy + avocado, old school avocado toast, and a salted caramel lavender latte; all enjoyed immensely on the sunny dog-friendly patio. A perfect start to our Sunday.
