Bar Tontine

Stunning place that would be perfect for a date! The drinks while good didn’t blow me away, but all the drinks I tried were from an event by a famous bar in Mexico. Both indoors and outdoors seating feel very pleasant. The views aren’t necessarily great but the deco is very pretty.

If you are in FiDi whether for meeting, or work or just passing by definitely come for a carefully crafted cocktail to Bar Tontine. From the decor to the margs, delicious flavors loved to visit here on a Wednesday afternoon. We had la Sandia a cocktail with reposado, curacao and watermelon! Loved every sip. Then I had el pimiento it was savory yet refreshing and a bit of authentic by adding those pieces of peppers! Guac and chips was delicious and fresh, chips were crunchy and made real corn instead of wheat flour which I enjoyed (trust me I am mexican and very picky with my chips). The weather gods smiled upon us last week and kept the rain and cool temps at bay and treated us to lush jungle floral vibes at Bar Tontine located on the 15th floor of Wall Street Hotel. Fantastic cocktails and snacks by Michelin-star Chef John Fraser, as well as decor inspired by Maison de Verre in Paris transported us into the Summer despite the psychotic weather. Beautiful Rooftop Happy Hour 4-5 PM The cocktails and snacks and service were all very good. Definitely a recommend!

Everything and everyone was amazing!!!! Nicole was pure server and she was outstanding, beautiful views, we got Fete Tropez and Hot Strawberry drink and the Sunset Fries 🤩 we happen to arrive looking for some other place but we are so happy we cane here!

I was with 2 friends this past Sunday. We are all artists and love to draw interesting interior spaces. When we saw Bar Tontine at The Wall Street Hotel, we knew we had to draw it. The bar is filled with a very welcoming atmosphere and has been designed beautifully. The menu was just right for us, but the crowning detail was the waitress that waited on us. We asked her name because she went above and beyond. Our waitress, Alicia Santana couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. I have many friends that come to visit NYC frequently. I will not hesitate to recommend the Wall Street Hotel and the Bar Tontine within the hotel!

Motts is an absolute pro behind the bar. Smooth service, great convo, and a vibe that made the whole night better. Motts knows how to read the room and elevate the energy. If you’re looking for great drinks and even better energy, Motts your person.

Cool bar with a nice wrap-around rooftop. The drinks were really good and the Bar staff were super nice. We had actually come for a bar collab with a bar from Colombia, El Baron Cafe. Unfortunately, it was only from 4 to 7 pm, which we were not aware of and their IG page didn't say the time. We got there at 8pm Fortunately the specialty cocktails on the Bar's menu were good and we made the best of it. The food was eh. We had the sausgae stuffed cremini mushroom and charcuterie platter. They were pretty basic. The hotel lobby bar looked great. Definitely will go back to both bars.
