NTB-National Tire & Battery

During the ice storm I noticed a screw in my tire. They were open, drove the car up there and they were able to determine the screw didn’t puncture my tube. Filled it up with air and runs like a charm. And…No charge! When’s the last time that happened? Good bunch of guys up there!

recently had three new tires installed on my Chevy Malibu at NTB, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Mike and his team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. They completed the tire change in just 40 minutes and even extended their hours to accommodate my schedule, which made the whole experience stress-free. The professionalism and efficiency they showed made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend NTB for anyone needing quick, reliable tire services with excellent customer care.

I had a positive experience and excellent service! Brought my Porsche Panamera Turbo S in to address a slow leak in one of my tires. They were not able to patch the tire and did not try to upsell me to a replacing all four tires. As I do plan to replace them in another 3 months and want to do them all at once, they did let me know that they were able to obtain any set of tires that I desired for my car and said that they would price match any other quote that I get in the future. They were courteous and upfront about what they can and cannot do and were very respectful of my vehicle and took care to keep it clean. I would highly recommend this location for tire service for your performance vehicle.

Edited: I’m updating my review from one star to two stars after the store manager contacted me and refunded the $100 for the TPMS sensor. I appreciate the refund, but it would have been better if the credit had been offered while I was still at the store. The new ownership seems to struggle with quality control and accountability for poor workmanship. I came in for a simple tire change, but my car was returned with incorrectly inflated tires, missing valve caps, and TPMS errors—while managers refused to take responsibility and blamed a “software glitch.” After four visits and an extra $100 for a new TPMS sensor, the issue was finally fixed. My original sensor likely would have worked if it hadn’t been mishandled; it was returned to me in two pieces. I believe that if it had been reinstalled properly, this problem could have been avoided.

Great and kind staff that does an anmazing job at informing the customer! The repairs and services are done fast and efficiently. Definitely the number one place I’d recommend to take your vehicle for any kind of services!

Had a small leak in one of my tires and decided to give this NTB a try. They fixed it much faster than I anticipated and the price was amazing. To top it off, the front desk staff was excellent and accommodating.

​Fast, Friendly, and Quick Alignment Service! ​I called in for an alignment about two hours before I arrived, and they got me in not only on time, but actually a few minutes early. The service was completed very quickly, which I really appreciate. ​Juan and Noah were great and provided excellent customer service. I definitely plan on using this NTB location for any future automotive needs. Highly recommend!

Mike at NTB was super polite and professional. It was almost closing time and he assisted me as if the store had just opened for the day. Not only did he assist, but he educated me along the way. I’m super grateful for his help and kindness.
