What a great shop, everyone is awesome here. Funny, helpful, they make shopping here a great experience. They made an effort to get the shirt I wanted from their warehouse, even right at the end of the day. Sick customer service! Great stock too, 3 stories of excellent clothes and obviously plenty of decks too. My favorite part of visiting Amsterdam

After my experience with Ben G, I regret to say that their level of professionalism leaves much to be desired. There seems to be a clear lack of oversight regarding their stock, leading to a chaotic shopping experience. Moreover, their customer service is subpar; my emails went unanswered, which is frustrating as a customer. In summary, Ben G comes across as a bottom-tier shop, lacking in professionalism and customer focus.

Horrible customer service! Today I went to buy some shoes for my husband and I asked for his size, it turns out that they can't sell me the shoes since they weren't my size. I walked a lot to get to the store with my baby and they didn't care. I left and came back to my brother (he wears the same size as my husband) they finally sold me the shoes. Stupid policy since I finally bought the shoes and they weren't even for my brother.

Bad customer service. They have stupid policy. You will never get your money back if you return the product. They don't tell about this policy before you do a purchase.
