Fantastic gelato with an interesting range of flavours, including a few you won't find elsewhere (Snickers, anyone?). Also worth noting how lovely the staff are. The best gelateria we found in Siena, and worth the short walk from the centre.

Awful experience!!! We arrived at 11:38pm on Sept 5, 2023 as it was advertised as closing at 12:00…. However- the worker was extremely rude stating he had already put the gelato away and that Google was wrong and that they needed to update their hours of operation… but just had not done so yet. Rather than having even the smallest amount of hospitality and offering to go to the back to provide us with just one scoop, he shrugged his shoulders and dismissed us. Such a horrible experience on our first night in Siena!
