Enjoyed the quinoa nasi goreng and a marigold (carrot, orange, ginger, lime) juice. The juice was fine but no frills, room temp and no ice offered. The nasi goreng was a little heavily seasoned but still tasted healthy and yummy enough. Service was a bit odd but maybe because they weren’t as comfortable speaking English? Had some trouble paying attention the end. I asked the server at the start if I could pay with card and she said yes of course. Then at the end the other server (seemingly the matre de) said the machine was broken and I could only pay cash. I told him I didn’t have enough cash to pay (and showed him) and he said “just check if you have any more money” !!!!! 💀 I told him for the third time I do not have any more cash and finally he said he would get the card machine from the store next door no problem- like it was a solution all along but he kept insisting I pay cash??? Kind of weird.
Oh and also there was a random item on my bill and when I asked what it was he said they accidentally added it but deleted it (the value was zero), but still?????
Total amount was 1150 rupees for a light meal with an egg only and a juice…. Very expensive for Jaipur!
Anyway, pleasant enough experience with lots of indoor and outdoor seating but definitely on the expensive side for what you get plus the weird service. I wouldn’t rush back.
