A wonderful blend of old and new, to walk around the base of the fort is jaw dropping to envision the work involved in the construction of it. Walking inside the perimeter shows the modern attractions including a kids park, fitness area and stunning views of the ancient town. No cost to enter and enjoy the views

A children’s play area, exercise machines for adults, and a lovely public green space for all. (No entry fee.)

Great place to start a days sight seeing ( no loos nearby). Fantastic panoramic views, and a chance to get your bearings. Almost nobody here at 10am mid july.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon around 4pm. The park is quite peaceful and calm. We went to view the city and take pictures. There are restaurants in the park as well. Great place to take photos with the city as a backdrop. Tickets are not required for entry.

Kinda cool spot to look around the city, but your gelato's gonna melt long before you find the entrance to get up there and a bench to sit on.
