"Have A Drink & Get Your Party On At One Of The Oldest Bars in Jozi On this rainy afternoon that I visited, Kitchener's had the DJ on the decks mixing up a storm inside the venue, with patrons being able to browse the goods with their drinks in hand all the while being able to do a little boogie! Whether it's on the weekend or during the week, Kitchener's does get very full, but is always good fun! On the weekend's the bar transforms into a bustling, bar/market with jewellery, vintage books, clothes and more on sale. Awesome place to hang out with friends with good food. lively atmosphere with good muisc, definitely a fun place to dress up and slay cause you never knowledge which sponsor is out and out looking at you. Historical and Aesthetical pleasing definitely coming every weekend‼️

I arrived at 11:50 and the waitress were still cleaning the place. I feel like that is very unethical and unsanitary. The place states it opens at 11:00, I feel that they should’ve already been done preparing the shop before hand. Overall unsatisfactory dining experience

Medium pizza is same size as big. Music too loud. Server forgot to open our bottles. Wouldn't recommend wouldn't go back.

What a gem 💎. Had an unexpectedly awesome time at this spot. The vibe is amazing, people and the place is too cool. They have a great selection of beers, they had 3 different cocktails (managed to get to them all 😊) and mouth-watering mini-meals, ribs wings, you name it 👌🏽. On my next visit, I'll definitely bring in a few friends for a chill. Thanks for an excellent service, and groovy music 💯💯. See you soon.

Great little pub with a tangible feeling of “history”. Barman seemed a little surprised that we were there for lunch (just before 13:00), but the burgers were delicious. Word has it that the vibe picks up significantly later in the day. Menu is relatively limited but adequate.

Amazing step back in time, great selection of beer, but a poor wine list with ridiculous prices. Pizzas is not pub grub. Boom-boom house music doesn’t make for an historic pub. Such great potential but decide what you want to be!
