Once you have got past the persistent sellers and parking lots this is an interesting place to visit. We visited independently and found it difficult to find info in English, our Vietnamese wasn't good enough to figure out exactly what was on site. In the end we only visited the caves, this was a reasonable sized site and took us longer than others suggest. It was a bit oddwithout context, lots of strange figures and carvings but that aside the cave was incredible to see. The whole area was busy so we decided against the rest of the mountain. The main entrance for those walking is hidden away at the end of the main area where the coaches are. That seemed the nicest approach away from all the crowds who seem to use the elevator entrance. The caves might be tricky for those with limited mobility, steep steps with hand holds to reach the view. My advice, get there early or late. Have a strategy for parking before you get hassled. Give yourself plenty of time, it is more than a couple of hours visit to do it justice and getting away from the main throng of people. This is tourist site, busy in the day. Interesting if you're in the area, we cycled from DaNang easily enough, but wouldn't call it a highlight. Lady Budda site was much nicer.

It is massive! Well, a good spot for doing some exercise there! Hahhahahaha because some stairs are steep. Just be careful! you can see the city view from the top of the mountain as well. In my opinion, it deserves the effort! Lots of things to see, and when the weather is nice, the view is better. Lots of locals came here for taking photos as well Wear comfortable shoes, sports shoes are the best. And bring water with you. Also, for ladies, I need to remind that please don’t wear too short shorts for visiting. It is still a religious place in Da nang. My friend wear the shorts which considered not properly wearing. And she needs to buy a scarf to cover her legs.

This is an amazing place and incredible value for what you can see, just 40,000 vnd. I think if you can visit under your own steam car/motorcycle it's better. The large group tours don't get to see the upper levels of this site as they just don't have the time. Easy to spend two hours here because there are so many pagodas, temples, shrines and caves. Do explore the whole site right upto Huyen Khong Cave. The best viewpoint from the mountain is the "River Watching Tower". Just a slight irritation about the parking for motorcycles. I think the official car park is in league with all the craft shops on the main road. They won't allow you to park your motorcycle in the car park forcing you to park in front of one of the craft shops who are happy to look after your motorcycle, but then pressure you to buy one of their products at highly inflated prices. Beware if you're coming by motorcycle. I think there is a Caffè futher along the road and if I visit again I'll ask them if I can park there. There is an elevator which will take you up to the first level for an additional 10,000vdn, otherwise if you're in good health use the stone steps, but beware they are uneven and can be slippery. There are toilets and refreshments at the top of the site.

There are two separate entrances to the caves, each offering its own stunning scenery. At one entrance, you descend a staircase into a network of caves with multiple passages, each lined with objects of worship that make the walk feel like moving through a story. The most popular route involves climbing a narrow set of steps, with the walls covered in stupas; it can be slippery, quite crowded, and a bit risky because there is no one managing the flow of people. At the top, you are rewarded with a dramatic view looking down into the cave below and out toward the ocean on the horizon. The other entrance leads to several paths connecting temples, caves, and one of the most breathtaking viewpoints over the city. There is also an option to take an elevator up to the lookout, but the stairs are an easy alternative and allow you to explore different temples along the way, so waiting in line for the elevator does not feel necessary

I arrived at the Marble Mountains from Hoi An by Grab scooter. When you arrive, some people will approach you to buy things from nearby shops. I politely declined and went straight to see the mountain and caves since it was close to sunset. I bought my ticket and chose to go up using the stairs instead of the elevator. I personally wanted the stairs, but I would strongly recommend the elevator for older people, anyone carrying bags, or if you’re not confident with stairs — they can be steep and a bit slippery in some parts. Once you start climbing, the place becomes really impressive. You see small caves, beautiful Buddha statues, stupas, and small tower-like shrines along the way. The caves are especially nice, with natural light coming through openings above, which creates a very special atmosphere. One important tip: go earlier in the day. When the sun starts going down, you lose a lot of the views, and some caves get dark very quickly since they depend on natural light. I enjoyed it, but it would have been even better with more daylight. After coming back down, shop owners will also approach you to buy souvenirs and gifts. Just be aware of it — a polite “no” is enough. For getting back to Da Nang, both Grab scooters and Grab cars are available and easy to use. Overall, this is a must-see if you’re in Da Nang or Hoi An. Very unique place with caves, statues, and great views — just take your time and be careful where you step. ⋰Ẍ⋱🦅

There are two types of tickets. One which is like self climb with steep steps. The view at the top isn't worth it. The second is taking an elevator to the top, which is some what worth it. The self climb has very much significance as you can explore in details lot many cravings inside the marble mountains which are stunning. However the easier route in the elevator which also gives you access to a pagoda. Elevator tickets are pricier, comfortable with lots of people in the que. Make sure you have a lot of time to wait. Self climb, you don't need to wait. You just have to have the energy to explore yourself.

Marble Mountains – Beautiful, Even With a Free Shower 😄 Marble Mountains are absolutely worth a visit. The caves, temples, stairways, and viewpoints create a unique and peaceful atmosphere, and every corner feels special and full of character. The only downside during our visit was the rain. The stairs became slippery, the views were a bit limited, and we got an unexpected complimentary shower. That said, the rain actually added a mystical feeling to the place, making the caves and temples look even more dramatic. Despite the weather, we truly enjoyed the visit and have no regrets. Marble Mountains are beautiful in any conditions — just bring good shoes and a rain jacket 😉 Highly recommended!

It's a 15 min ride from the main beach da nang to the marble mountain. So many caves, great views,, temples.. lots to see. You can easily spend 2-3 hours there. There are restrooms and zone where you can refresh yourself with coconut drink or juice. You can use elevator which is additional 15k or just use the stairs
