Fantastic location in the very heart of Midtown Miami. Great room, great staff, from the Front Desk (Claire was awesome) to the Valets. You have so much shopping and local restaurants to choose from all within a few blocks plus the high end Fashion District is just about 4 blocks away. Everything is within easy walking distance. Very vibrant, hip area. Totally recommended as a must stay. We are returning soon. |Also the Hyde Midtown and all the stores and restaurants we saw and visited are dog friendly. Literally everyone living there walk their dogs a be lot.

My overall experience went well. It was a nice, clean hotel. The only thing I did not like was that the hotel did not offer room service, so it forced me to have to go out to eat all the time. There was spots within walking distance from the hotel that I could eat at, but it would've been better if I didn't have to leave the hotel at all.

Pasting my Hotels.com review here as well: THERE WERE BEDBUGS!! We were bit!! It was so dirty!! Even though we put on the "Tidy Up My Room" sign noone came in to clean up the room. The hallways had left over trash on them for days. When we told the front desk about these, especially the bed bugs - they told us they would investigate and get back to us. For 3 days now no one reached out. Horrible stay, horrible hotel. Edit: It has now been 5 days and we still haven’t heard anything back.

***Update: You are lying, as I also complained on booking.com. They reached out to you all and so did I and nobody cared to reply. I can show where no response was shown as well. I was wishing I could write a good review, however, I cannot do that. I honestly chose this hotel because of the reviews on yelp and thinking it would’ve been a nice place to stay for my birthday. I had an emergency and was unable to stay, something they chose not to care about, which of course like all companies they rather you get charged regardless because they cannot empathize. Had I also read the m reviews on Google, I certainly wouldn’t have chosen this place due to them being dirty, as I saw some images of several brown stains on the sheets which is highly disgusting for a place that charges so much to stay and that was a review from some months ago. Hygiene is very important overall and you would think they wouldn’t have had such issues. This is definitely not a place I would like to stay while there are other hotels I’ve been to nearby, I did not even stay one night.

They’re letting a few private coaches book out all the tennis courts and make money off what’s supposed to be the tenants’ amenities. It’s honestly ruining it for everyone who lives here. If you’re thinking of moving here because of the tennis courts - don’t. My suggestion: ban outside coaches. If a tenant wants a lesson, they should book the court themselves and bring the coach. That way, coaches can’t block all the hours “just in case” they get a client. As for clinics, make them community events run by management - a couple of times a week, open to all tenants. Not random people from outside showing up to use our space.
