Better Burger

Such a lovely little place to get ice cream! I had ice cream after eating next-door at taco dive bar and my husband had a burger from here. It was delicious and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommend the soft serve 🍦

Burger was really delicious. Fries were tasty. Wings I got were fried and hot bbq which tasted amazing. They have beers on tap. Next time going to try a milk shake! I definitely recommend this place the service was great too!

I ordered the farm to table burger with bacon, Cole slaw and Korean bbq sauce with a peanut butter shake and fries and buffalo wings for an appetizer . The burger came out and didn’t have bacon on it but instead had cheese, I www going to just ignore it but after taking a few bites realized that it also raw in the middle to the point of not being edible. I notified the waitress who brought it back to be recooked. When it was brought back the man who brought it said “I was told to re cook this” which I felt was just an unprofessional way of handling it and not taking accountability for under cooking it in the first place. I will say there is a sign that says all burgers will be cooked to medium unless otherwise specified and usually I liked my burgers that way but it was definitely not medium. After having it recooked I realized there also was no bacon on the burger like I had ordered so I asked for some. I will say after everything was fixed the burger was good but not as good as I would have expected for a burger place. The wings were excellent the sauce had good flavor and the wings were crispy on the outside without drying out the inside. The peanut butter shake tasted like fake peanut butter powder and had pieces of whatever it was in it, I was not a fan. The fries were good nothing wrong with them but just not the greatest. It’s clean inside and the view of the river is nice. If I go back it will be for the wings and to try a different flavor shake but I don’t know if I would get a burger there again.

Definitely a better burger! Nice interior, like the old Buns and Bourbon but brighter, industrial chic. Shut by the front window for a fantastic River view. Order at the counter. Bar seems a bit thinly stocked.

We made a quick stop for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised. Great burgers and fries. Nice location near the train station and a park on the Hudson River.

What a great little place. People are friendly and knowledgeable and seem to genuinely like working there. The food was excellent. The Bourbon BBQ wings even stood up as microwaved leftovers.

Went there Friday night with wife. This business sells ice cream too. The store has two counters, one for ice cream and one for food. I know it's a relatively new establishment so I will take this into consideration. The following review is not to trash this place but as a learning experience since I have noticed responses from the manager on certain reviews. I ordered a Farm Fresh burger with fries and my wife ordered a Hot Dog with Sauerkraut. Food timing needs to be worked on because my burger and fries were not hot and the food side wasn't busy. The hot dog is not a traditional hot but a big, thick 1/4 pound ones that looks like a sausage. This was not explained, nor did I notice any reference to this eithet. The hot dog came out cold and with a very small portion of sauerkraut that didn't even cover any of the dog and seemed to come right out of the refrigerator. Frankly, the hot dog did not looked cooked by either boiling, steaming or grilled but looked like it was taken right out of the refrigerator too. You know how even a boiled hotdog looks slightly deformed from the cooking process. So, my wife asks for more sauerkraut and they gave her a portion in a smal cup you use for ketchup. Even with this portion, it really wasn't much either. Wife asked for a refund for her hot dog. I ate my burger which was very tasty but came to the table just warm. She didn't order anything else and we went to another place so she could eat. The staff and management were very nice to her and wanted to know if she wanted anything else but the hotdog experience turned her off completely. This is not to trash the place and say terrible things. Hopefully, this constructive review will be a learning experience to work on things to make Better Burger even better. Amazing experience all around. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all customers and made each one feel seen and special. The food was out of this world amazing and might genuinely be the best burger I have ever had in my life. The siracha fries were like a lap dance for my tongue with even more spice than usual. I loved all of the food and staff and it was amazing.

Hi can I get an order of Bougie wings to go and please I do not want them well done Thanks Whatever Cornish hen size wings they gave me I only taste slight spice and sweet tomato something. No truffle no parm no garlic no basil And wayyy overcooked I can only compare this wing with nearby Roosters(southern style wings) guy. I really wanted to try the burger however the lack of a response from the restaurant shows me that they don't care if I do or do not support the establishment. Yes I went to this place and it was off the hook, just like first time I went, I had a veggie burger with some toppings and fries. Everything was delicious and the service was amazing. Yes come here and you will not be disappointed, you get your money worth. Sorry I have no photos.

Enjoyed the Murray's natural wings and the vegan burger. Great food & service, sat outside with nice view of the waterfront, definitely coming back. Boozy shakes!
